Cuthbert Liszt, better known as Request, has a bizarre tendency to show up in the edit histories of pages that Tropers have asked to be deleted, even if the mods end up not deleting the page. Nobody is really sure who he is, but nobody really minds because he always requests things instead of demanding them.
It's speculated that after the admins retired the Cutmaster position in favor of having the moderators handle cutting pages, Request rose from the ashes of the Cutmaster position.
