So I'm Nyktos. I'm seventeen years old and live in Toronto. I watch more anime than is probably healthy. I used to be a pretty big gamer, but not so much anymore. I read a lot of books, and would like to write, but like a lot of "amateur writers" in practice I just come up with a lot of story ideas and rarely even try to do anything with them.

I think you're the only person I've ever engaged in a ZetaGundam conversation with. That series is amazing. {{@/Gentlemanorcus}}

So I'm Nyktos. I'm [[strike:fifteen]] sixteen years old and live in Toronto. I'd list my favourite works from various media here, but even I'm not sure what they are. I'm a fan of SpeculativeFiction, though I haven't really consumed that much of it due to being a lazy bum. In terms of VideoGames I like {{RPG}}s, be they of the Japanese or Western variety. I'm an amateur writer in theory, but I've never really finished anything due a combination of several factors (I think faster than I can write, I keep coming up with new ideas for stories and forget about them before I get to writing them, and I'm still just as lazy as I was in the last sentence).

My pet peeves include: people who refuse to use proper grammar because "itz teh intarnet"; people using "media" and "data" as though they were singular; the AnimationAgeGhetto (and the related "Non-Shooter Video Game Age Ghetto"); the SciFiGhetto; people claiming that renaming tropes so as to make the name clearer will turn is into {{Wikipedia}}; people claiming that keeping any referential names at all will make us into Uncyclopedia; and people who don't read user pages. (Never trust those guys.)
