Mads is just an uncreative handle: family, close friends, and overly-friendly people call me Mads. I just use it on the internet because it's easy to remember. Not to be confused with MADs, as pointed out by Citizen.
In my personal opinion, TV Tropes is one of the greatest sites on the entire internet...and I've seen a whole lot of the internet.
