** In the Thunder Slingers' debut episode, they were combined with the [=RangerGuns=] to form weapons that could harm the giant Dora Franke (after he had proven impervious to all of the mechas' attacks). * ThisIsSomethingHesGotToDoHimself: While on the Island of Despair to retrieve the Legendary Weapons, Bandora sends down a giant monster. After the Rangers defeat it with help from their Guardian Beasts, Dan suggests that they continue on to the castle where the Legendary Weapons are held, only for the Zyurangers to be ejected from the cockpits. The Guardian Beasts want them to retrieve the weapons without their help.
