Ian meets with the Gundam Meisters and tells them that terrorists have simultaneously attacked seven major cities and at least one hundred people are dead. Setsuna remembers he and the other children murdered their own parents on Ali's orders to prove that they were worthy to fight for God.
Setsuna fights Ali, who pilots his Enact with the same fighting style he used while training Setsuna in hand to hand combat. Setsuna stops his Gundam signals Ali to get out of his cockpit. Ali does so, as does Setsuna. Setsuna recognizes Ali, but before he can confront him, Lockon intervenes: the identities of the Gundam Meisters are top secret. Ali is forced to retreat.
The Meisters finish off the enemy suits and proceed to the main PMC Trust base. Tieria warns Setsuna that if he does anything foolish again, he'll kill him. The Meisters attack the PMC headquarters. Moralia surrenders to Celestial Being and the Meisters withdraw.
Wang congratulates Sumeragi on the operation's success. Sumeragi is disquieted by how many people died defending Moralia. Graham, Billy, and Eifman discuss what happened in Moralia and come to the conclusion that the AEU will be able to exert more influence over the devastated Moralia.
Lockon punches Setsuna for attempting to reveal his identity. Setsuna refuses to say why he did it, so Tieria pulls a gun on him. After Allelujah points out that Veda chose all of them to be Gundam Meisters, Tieria stands down, although he is still not pleased with Setsuna.
