The mushrooms, still growing a little too well, are harvested in such large quantities Clarkson built a storeroom for the unsold mushrooms; due to how many mushrooms he would get per day, Clarkson would not only sell his mushrooms at the shop and burger van, but he would also begin selling them to neighboring pubs, restaurants, cafés and even rival farm shops and other businesses, although he would know full well that by the next day he would have yet another large batch of mushrooms to harvest, much to his amazement and exasperation.
Some time later, Clarkson takes Lisa to the woods to show her the tree he and Rupert had uprighted, with branches growing from everywhere and the tree essentially bursting back into life. Ideally a source of joy for the farm, Clarkson notes that nature's ability to regenerate has also brought the farm annoyance; one such occasion was when Kaleb and Clarkson decided to repair the dam, whereupon they discover that much of the plants around the dam had overgrown. To clear the overgrowth, Clarkson busts out the remote-controlled mower while Kaleb grabs a chainsaw; they clear a path to the dam, whereupon they resume work on it after getting into a "construction worker state of mind".
While having something to eat, Clarkson comes up with a plan, using some railroad ties lying around to repair the dam as opposed to the pipe; in a rare occasion, Kaleb agrees with Clarkson's suggestion and they agree to take the pipe back to the farm. Leaving the pipe at the farm, Clarkson and Kaleb continue working on the dam, with Clarkson now more motivated than before due to his plan involving the ties; they soon discover that the first tie they put in is not securely fastened in place. Without any nails or clamps to hold down the tie, Clarkson and Kaleb use additional ties to temporarily hold down the foundation tie, with Clarkson calling it a day shortly after, having achieved "nothing of any great worth" but remained optimistic.
The numerous amount of mushrooms would keep Clarkson so busy he would have few opportunities to return to the dam. On one run to move mushrooms to the farm shop, Lisa comes up with an idea; Lisa suggests to Clarkson to dehydrate and grind up any unsold lion's mane mushrooms he had attempted to sell into a medicinal powder and then sell that, allowing him to make significantly more money than if he were to sell the lion's mane mushrooms as they were. Clarkson reads about Lion's mane powder and starts getting skeptical of its benefits; Charlie soon arrives and asks Lisa on what she is doing and offers his perspectives. Charlie suggests to Lisa that she take videos of the processes that are done for preparing the lion's mane mushrooms to allow the powder to comply with HACCP[[note]]Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points[[/note]] regulations.
