* Centuries ago, [[Characters/SupernaturalArchangels a version of Lucifer]] created four demons after he created [[Characters/SupernaturalDemons Lilith]], the first demon. They were tasked with ruling Hell while Lucifer was trapped in the Cage and Lilith in the darkest pits of Hell, but eventually, Ramiel, Dagon, and Asmodeus grew bored and retired, leaving Azazel as the sole Ruler of Hell.
* In 1972, after decades of searching, Azazel was able to find a doorway to Lucifer's Cage. Lucifer then told Azazel to find him a [[TheChosenOne Special Child]], [[spoiler: so that Lucifer could have a vessel to walk the Earth with in order to bring on the Apocalypse.]]
* A year later, Azazel met a time-traveling Dean Winchester, and a young Mary Winchester. Dean tried to stop Azazel, but Azazel was able to make a deal with Mary, in which he would come ten years later for something of hers. He kept to his word, and ten years later, on November 2nd, 1983, Mary walked in on him feeding her younger son Sam demon blood, with him killing her and tearing apart her family.
* Eventually, in 2007, Sam and Dean found out that Azazel had been feeding other children demon's blood, in hopes of finding [[spoiler: Lucifer’s one true vessel]]. * Some time later, Dagon was assigned by a then-imprisoned Lucifer to guard Kelly Kline, who had unknowingly conceived a Nephilim with Lucifer. While Dagon at first assumed a friendly facade, she later revealed her true colors and kidnapped Kelly. When Kelly managed to escape with Castiel, Dagon tracked them down to a portal to Heaven, killing the angel Joshua, destroying the Colt, and handed the Winchesters' asses to them. However, before she could recapture Kelly, the Nephilim was able to link himself to Castiel, who was then able to kill Dagon.
* After [[spoiler: Crowley died and]] Lucifer was trapped in a parallel universe, Asmodeus finally came out of hiding to take the Throne of Hell until Lucifer returned, quickly establishing a return to the "good old days of fire and brimstone", and killing the "corporate lackeys of the Crowley era". He then tried to trick Jack, [[spoiler: Lucifer’s son]], into freeing the Shedim, but Jack turned on him, and Asmodeus fled. Crowley keeps his distance from them, especially since he betrayed Ramiel to the Winchesters.

Likewise, Ramiel is banned from the Pantheon/{{Treasures}} chamber because of how he nearly killed Castiel with the Lance of Michael, and Dagon is banned from the Subhouse of Pantheon/{{Mothers}} due to her treatment of Kelly Kline.
* Their opinion on the Pantheon's Lucifer (Lucifer, NOT Satan) is conflicting; while they appreciate that he oversees all form of Chaos, they are a bit disgruntled at how all forms of Chaos includes ChaoticGood deities. Asmodeus is a bit weary of him, seeing how at his time of Ascension, his reality’s Lucifer is in his custody.

* Beyond the universe we understand, there are countless other dimensions. And with them there are [[EldritchAbomination monsters]]. One of the most foreboding is Shuma-Gorath, member of the Many-Angled Ones and one of the oldest beings in the multiverse. A monster who gluts itself on the misery and ruination on what he conquers, [[CompleteImmortality it can never be killed]] and [[MultiversalConqueror rules over a hundred realities]]. Now, he seeks to add the Trope Pantheon's realities to his abominable rule.
* There is only one Shuma-Gorath in existence, due to the massive amount of power and how ancient he is. Most appearances utilize [[FightingAShadow avatars]], and even then it's very hard for Doctor Strange to overcome. In spite of this it does wince at the idea of encountering deities [[EyeScream that go for the eye]], given a lot of it ''is'' [[{{Oculothorax}} eye]]. Just a bit, mind you.
* Briefly mentioned in the works of [[Franchise/CthulhuMythos H.P Lovecraft]], implying [[FridgeHorror those cosmic horrors have even further dominion]]. Shuma is civil towards the Outer Gods and Great Old Ones, who regard him as a distant cousin. Seems to be civil with SCP-682 as well. It is speculated that [[CompleteImmortality 682's inability to die]] and [[AbsoluteXenophobe disgust of normal life]] might suggest it has a connection to the Many-Angled Ones. That, or Shuma-Gorath mistook it for being connected.
* On good terms with the Eldrazi since they are abominations who taint worlds like himself. Also on good terms with the Phazon for much of the same reason. He may have some distant relation to the Old Gods too, or they just like to hang out due to being Lovecraftian monstrosities from the beyond.
* He would have taken the position of MultiversalConqueror, but this was taken by Nicol Bolas. Not that he is that concerned, and is fine with competing in this field. He is more concerned about Lord English. The monstrosity of a cherub makes sport of ''slaughtering'' [[EldritchAbomination cosmic horrors]], and regards the Unclosing Eye as something else to kill. It's not clear who would win in a fight, but Shuma-Gorath doesn't want to risk it.
* One of the only beings in the entire pantheon that Death herself is actually concerned about. This is because, as is the agenda to the Many-Angled Ones, Shuma-Gorath slays the incarnation of Death in a universe so that it becomes cancerous and susceptible to control. [[ComicBook/TheThanosImperative He's not bluffing]], and has taken out Death in hundreds of different universes. For once, Nekron and Death are in complete agreement that he has to be put down forever. ''Every'' incarnation of death, no matter how powerful or what their morality, is out for his blood and the feeling is mutual.
* Is also one of the only entities that the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfDestruction will consider forming an EnemyMine with other alliances to try and stop. They're trying to [[OmnicidalManiac put an end to all life]] after all. The Lich believes Shuma-Gorath to be one of the monsters of the pre-time state he's talked about. It's not just those who wish to destroy that consider him a perversion-the Life Entity fears Shuma getting his tendrils on it.
* Beerus recognizes him as a complete perversion of the natural cycle of creation and destruction, and tried to hakai him. [[ActuallyADoombot While this did destroy an avatar]], the true Shuma-Gorath is immune to the technique since as seen with [[Pantheon/{{Hatred}} Merged Zamasu]], it doesn't work on those with CompleteImmortality. Even if he didn't have this kind of immortality, it's unlikely he'd be strong enough to put him down permanently.
* While the likes of the cancerverse have gained Shuma-Gorath many powerful enemies, it did give him a powerful ally-Nurgle. When confronted with the idea of an entire universe unable to die, constantly growing, stagnating and mutating, [[BlueAndOrangeMorality he considered it beautiful]]. Nurgle's forces formed an alliance with the Many-Angled One, much to everyone else's complete dismay.
* One of the reasons why Shuma-Gorath just can't die is because [[YouKillItYouBoughtIt he possesses his killers]]. Doctor Strange tried to get over this [[HeroicSacrifice via suicide]], but even then he eventually reformed. Because DeathIsCheap in the pantheon however, this process has been complicated and gods are more hesitant over using this tactic in case said DeathIsCheap aspect makes things worse for them.
* Because Marona is able to destroy those who possess her, Shuma-Gorath is more careful trying to deal with her. It wouldn't do any permanent damage, but he knows it's a bad idea to allow any leverage on her part. Seems concerned about the Mage of Beginning due to her ability to possess her killer. Aware that with Kenny an immortal can kill another immortal, but it's unclear how that would apply if at all.
* This isn't the first time Shuma-Gorath has invaded a reality beyond Marvel, [[VideoGame/MarvelVsCapcom3 as he has a history with Capcom]]. Interestingly he's AffablyEvil there, even [[VillainsOutShopping becoming a Japanese game show host]] and [[spoiler:[[AccidentalHero accidentally saving the day]] ]]. * One day, a temple appeared in the Pantheon in a display featuring sparks of red electricity, along with makeshift training barracks and many different new deities (or so it seemed) with {{magical eye}}s, the last of which being none other than Führer King Bradley. The human-turned-homunculus mowed down every single one of them like a OneManArmy and then ascended to his throne, although it was noted that many were far weaker than they had any right to be and none of them showed any of their distinct personalities. Shortly after this, Guile and Chun-Li came down to investigate this temple, but found themselves ambushed by Bradley, as well the Homunculi Lust, Pride, and Gluttony, only narrowly escaping death by the rescue of Charlie Nash.
* Despite this, the truth about King Bradley and his revival were disclosed days later — not only his role as the [[VillainWithGoodPublicity deceptively popular]] PuppetKing of Amestris in service of Father as Wrath (or [[Anime/FullmetalAlchemist an old woman named Dante as Pride, in another timeline]]), but also the details about his resurrection:
** In response to Greed's alliance with Team Avatar and Scar's ascension to the Pantheon, Father had aligned with both Gul'dan and Master Xehanort to create the temple for MagicalEye deities, as well as golem clones of every likely contender yet to be deified with bare facsimiles of the originals' powers, all the while dragging Bradley out of the Spirit World using pockets of the Wrath still contained within Father's Stone. This was done specifically to engineer the Führer's power demonstration and ascension to his throne in full view of the Court of the Gods.
** Sebastian, Vector, Naruto, and Sasuke all consider this an insult to at least one person whose face was cloned in the process and have marked Bradley, Father, Xehanort, and Gul'dan all as enemies for this.
* Being a homunculus of human origin, Wrath lacks the sadistic singlemindedness of most of his arcane siblings and is more comfortable around human minions and co-conspirators. One example of this which can be seen is in the like-minded associations he's formed with power players such as Charles zi Britannia, Destro, Grand Moff Tarkin, and Frieza, as well as his opting to recruit allies for a team to counteract the new set of friends Greed has mobilized against Father.
** Of those recruited, Gilgamesh was the only one who rejected, stating that [[spoiler:both the entity he took Illya's heart to summon and]] Father's Homunculi already had their chance to weed out the worthy from the unworthy in humanity and failed.
** General Esdeath accepted for higher command than Bradley among Father's forces (which he agreed to EXCEPT for giving any orders related to serving Prime Minister Honest); Mordred actually sought ''him'' out for a chance to personally kill both Korra and Illya; Vergil was enticed by Father's herald Lady Dante and the secrets of power she might hold; Princess Azula wanted to "test" her brother Zuko [[spoiler:in hopes of emotionally corrupting him]]; and while looking for [[Manga/AttackOnTitan Annie Leonhart]] only to find she wasn't in her house anymore, he instead encountered the Air Defense Princess, who was simply encouraged by Tidal Wave, a Decepticon friend of the Abyssals.
** Esdeath and Anti-Air each brought along additional allies; the General brought her latest Arrancar ally Coyote Starrk along with fanatic justice-warrior Seryu, and the Princess came with fellow Abyssal girls Re-Class and Wo-Class.
** A certain alchemist doctor with a gold tooth turned up all of sudden and revealed himself [[spoiler:to have been restored from his transmutated state by the GUAE Mutation Lair around the same time as Wrath's ascension]], bringing his allegiance into the group as well.
* Bradley can often be seen in the houses of Knowledge and War, both to study politics and to learn all he can about his enemies' abilities and tactics, both common and rare. He doesn't want to be surprised like he was when Scar used his destruction alchemy.
** Speaking of Scar, an evil ambitious lion who also shares that nickname has allied with Wrath in hopes that the Führer can convince the other Homunculi to see value in helping him take over the Pride Lands. Considering the name of the place, Pride is the most curious about this besides Wrath himself (not surprising, given his "other life" ''as'' Pride).
* Despises the concepts of {{God}} and of noble kings who serve their subjects due to his role as Father's PuppetKing. This puts him at odds with heroic members of the House of Royalty, as well as most of the House of Faith. However, two from each house who especially stoke his fury are Gaius and Josiah Bartlet. Gaius sounds like Mustang, is an ambitious reformer like Mustang, and is no doubt friends with Mustang, while the moment he met Bartlet he caught a distinct glance from the President as though Jed knew they would soon be enemies.
* While his rule over Amestris does take after the Nazis to an extent and he bears a great resemblance to Hitler, Bradley's relationship to the Nazi deities is a tenuous contest at best. He does what he does to sate his unquenchable anger and serve his Father's goal of absorbing every single human to achieve freedom through almighty power, so he has no regard for their idea of an "Aryan master race" among the humans. Same goes for the Illuminati's idea of "the worthy ones". They don't like him much either, since he's the parallel counterpart to Fritz Lang in Lady Dante's timeline anyway (Nazis) and the Father he serves doesn't care for any "worthy" humans (Illuminati).
* There are those he prefers to ignore but will not hesitate to eliminate if they stand in his way. One being Kimblee, once he found out how the mad bomber betrayed the Homunculi, the others being certain "corrupt leaders" he considers complete buffoons such as Honest, Downfall!Hitler, and the Kids Next Door's antagonist who also calls himself Father.
* Magneto still can't stand him, though, since he has presided over atrocities very similar to what the Nazis did to the Jews. Lelouch despises him for being a nihilistic dictator serving a plot to assimilate everyone, the same commonality he shares with Charles which makes them allies. He wants to eliminate Lelouch's loyal knight Jeremiah so the Geass Canceller can't be used against him somehow. He and Asura have a twisted mutual respect as wrathful warriors, but generally can't stand each other as each reminds the other of the enemies they hate most. Eren and Blade both abhor the Homunculi as anti-human abominations.
* Satsuki Kiryuin had already learned of Wrath through Colonel Mustang and Major General Armstrong, but seeing him steal ''her'' recruitment tactics in service of an EldritchAbomination who seeks to destroy humanity much like [[Pantheon/{{Betrayal}} her mother]] did disgusts the successor to the Kiryuin Zaibatsu. This spurred her to lead her Elite Four into battle against Bradley and the other Homunculi while they convened without the rest of Wrath's command team present.
** During this battle, Bradley was able to isolate Satsuki one-on-one while the Elite Four took on the other Homunculi. Doing so, however, created the opening for Solidus Snake to attack the Führer. Revealing that he'd been keeping tabs on the Homunculi ever since hearing rumblings about their conspiracy via the Amestrian soldier deities, Solidus took the fight to Bradley due to his [[http://screwattack.roosterteeth.com/post/51231337 superhuman swordsmanship skills almost matching Bradley's own and being coupled with far superior defense and firepower]]. Despite being outmatched, Wrath managed to avoid being skewered thanks to Esdeath and Seryu arriving in the nick of time, causing Satsuki and her team to fall back.
** As the Jeagers and Homunculi mulled things over, they realized something crucial: Satsuki was NOT the only commander acting against them tonight. Solidus is an American soldier…just like Guile and Nash.

** When the rest of High Command were told about this, one member, Vergil, showed a complete lack of concern which left Bradley highly suspicious, instead going straight to Father and Lady Dante to study under the latter. Wrath's suspicions proved correct when Vergil left the team in disgust a week later, having learned the basics of alchemy but judged the Philosopher's Stone as lacking for his ambitions. The Führer tried to confront Vergil on his own, but soon into that skirmish a witch named Kat intervened on Vergil's behalf. His attempt to target her resulted in Vergil impaling him, before escaping with her. He quietly swore that revenge is coming.
* Has an interesting relationship to Princess Morbucks. While his interest in having the little brat join his Command team is next to nil, he's decided that since his Father named him King and hers named her Princess, she should work under him. Therefore he's taken her on as a pupil in the ways of power.
** Their arrangement comes with a "secret" understanding: her father's technology and his father's alchemy, may be able to create gold. Breaking alchemical taboos didn't stop the Philosopher's Stone, and given how Morbucks is all about money, status, and gold, it's not that hard to figure out. And yes, Greed's annoyance at her typical material avarice amuses Bradley.

** Both of the senior riders that they teamed with hadn't teamed with Alain yet since he was still a villain during those times. However, they consider him an ally to their cause as of now since he became a better person during his battles with Takeru and Makoto.

** On the other hand, they were also seen as the "Kamen Rider" counterparts to Ghost Rider, the latter also finds amusing that Ghost and Specter have a ghost motif who also rides a motorcycle just like him while the riders seems to get creep out for his overall appearance, although the Ghost Rider didn't mind that though.
* Like many Kamen Riders (and many heroic toku deities) before, they get along pretty well with the Princess Pretty Cures as both heroes have their adventures during the same time periods.
* Due to their actions of bringing hope to both humanity and the Ganma race, they became pretty close with fellow hope bringers in the pantheon especially for Makoto Naegi, who was very proud of their heroism during their fierce battles in the mortal world. Because of this, Naegi (and by extension, their Kamen Rider seniors Kouta Kazuraba, Haruto Soma, and Shinji Kido) invites them to join the [[Sandbox/GUAGKibouGo Kibou Go!]] in their crusade to spread hope in the pantheon, which they all gladly accepts.
* Takeru is a boy who lost his father 10 years ago. And on his 18th birthday, he received a package containing an Eyecon... and death when he was attacked by the monsters known as Ganma. Coming back as a ghost, he had 99 days to gather up all 15 Heroic Eyecons to possibly wish himself back to life. * Much like how his brother guessed, he knew very well that his brother would someday, arrive in the Pantheon. Not longer after, Illidan was seen talking to his brother calmly. Then after, he left. Ironically, Malfurion has commented that he has changed, but not for long. He even said that Illidan [[NeverLiveItDown still remembers the pain and suffering of 10,000 Years being imprisoned]].
* While he may be blind, it actually increased his senses ten-fold. Coupled with his skills as a mage and his warglaives, he has become the Pantheon's best answer to the demons around. Problem is, he's [[ArrogantKungFuGuy too arrogant]].

*** However, after seeing the constant damage against the House itself, the Court of the Gods, in addition with South Park's Satan's huge number of complaints, decided that Illidan should be banned to cause heavy damage towards the Demons House. He's not happy at all hearing this announcement. Though it did give him big points for his brother Malfurion.
** After the incident though, he had begun scooping for other demons he could find. His animosity with the Occult Research Club is very ''tense'' to say the least, for no other reason that they are mostly composed of demons. He does well to avoid Mara Wilson though. Even someone as arrogant as him knows not to fuck with her.
** His relationship with Natsu Dragneel is even worse. Not only do they ''literally'' smash their heads with each other, they are equal in terms of power levels. God help us all if their powers [[TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt are verged into a massive vortex]]. However, they will be glad enough to settle their differences and aim for Mard Geer Tartaros if they want.
** If that wasn't enough, he now seems to have a hefty relationship with Arcana Maidens [[Pantheon/BladedWeapons Clarice Di Lanza]] and Elsa La Conti. Why? Because the former is a demon and the latter hates him for reminding her of her Demon Hunter past. It doesn't help that Illidan's attitude is almost like her past.
** With the recent amount of demons, he'll start picking them off one by one at any moment. The only reason why he hasn't started doing that is because Valvatorez is cooling him down. Though he noticed that Illidan's large amount of enemies may be aiming for even the good ones. Another thing that bothers Valvatorez is that Illidan might be aiming for the Nipponverse demons, which are his allies.
* There was an incident that Illidan thought that his love interest, Tyrande, was in the Pantheon and headed to the house... of [[VideoGame/{{Dota 2}} Mirana]]. Because the Princess did not take trespassers well, she attempted to shoo out Illidan, which hurt his pride and after a bit of a brawl, he just left bitterly, marking her as yet another rival on his list.
** That said, he's kind of fair towards another Hero who is called Anti-Mage, where Illidan saw him using his style though more focused on destroying magic, reminding him that he used to burn manas back in the days too.
** While he also has [[PowerGivesYouWings wings that give him power]], [[Pantheon/PowerLevelsAndAppearance Miyabi]] also has the same power. This has caused him a rivalry on the shinobi, but she has been warned that she is fighting against a very powerful menance.
