The extradimensional imp ComicBook/BatMite in the wackier comics.comics.
** Thomas Elliot, a former childhood friend of Bruce Wayne, has been described as obsessed with Bruce Wayne to the extent that some sources have him arrange for the deaths of his own parents to imitate the deaths of Thomas and Martha Wayne (other sources have the accident occur before the Waynes died). After Elliot becomes a more active threat, he goes so far as to give ''himself'' plastic surgery to look like Bruce Wayne with the goal of taking Bruce's identity and wealth for himself.
** On a more serious note, recent villain Matthew Warner is essentially a warped "fan" of Bruce Wayne who went so far as to insist that others call him "Master Bruce", and had his own parents killed to imitate the events that (Warner believed) gave him the "drive" to help Gotham. Warner has essentially been described as what would happen if Bruce Wayne was a Batman villain.
