Dawkins was born to British parents in Kenya when it was a British colony. He relocated to Britain at age eight and since then has spent most of his life and career in Britain and the USA (mostly Britain, though). To call him a "Kenyan" is stretching the term beyond what is reasonable, and implying that he is more Kenyan than British is nonsense.
