* Even though Lucifer initially acts nonchalant about having a daughter, it's obvious that he is worried regarding the implications that he has been absent in her life. At the avocado farm, he becomes terrifyingly enraged upon finding out that the farm utilizes child slave labor, and when he arrives at the place where his supposed daughter is staying, he breaks in with no permission or warrant and immediately calls out her name. At the end, during a private conversation with Dan, Lucifer admits that he knew at first glance that the female angel really is his daughter, even if he didn't want to say it to her face.

* Chloe's reaction to meeting God is to lay into him for treating Lucifer the way he did. Lucifer is visibly touched that she's standing up for him this way. And while God is a little fondly amused in a condescending kind of way, he doesn't take offence, and he is quite sincere that he's glad Lucifer has her.

* Lucifer accepts that Amenadiel is genuinely trying to protect him (by trying to stop him from helping Pierce remove the Mark) and to be a good older brother, and admits that he is actually grateful for that.

* When Lucifer splits up the Flaming Sword, throwing two thirds of it into the void after his mother, he makes sure the part he keeps is Amenadiel's necklace. He may not have agreed with Amenadiel's awe at being gifted the key piece of the Sword, but he's making sure he gets it back.

Added DiffLines:

* Amenadiel finds out that the final piece of the Flaming Sword is with God's "favourite son," which he assumes means Lucifer. Instead, it's the necklace Amenadiel has worn all along that responds to the other two pieces being united. After several episodes of irritation that everything seems to be centred on Lucifer, Amenadiel looks stunned to realise that ''he's'' the favourite.
