* If you choose to be sympathetic with Johnny Gunn while investigating his ex-wife's murder, Adam and Gunn will find some common ground talking about their similar backgrounds dealing with being ex-Belltower/SWAT, coming into possession of their Augs and how the world's treating them as a result of it all. Aside from being the best way to get the info you want, it's also nice to give a disgruntled vet like Gunn the chance to truly vent his frustrations to someone that can relate.

* The EasterEgg where [[spoiler: Adam is fixing a bowl of cereal, is puzzled by how little is in the box and dumps it all out, only to find a small model VTOL that Faridah Malik flew, along with a little note addressing him as [[AffectionateNickname Spy Boy]], which gets Adam to crack a ''very'' rare genuine smile]].

* While you only find this out as Prague has fallen under martial law, it's truly heartwarming to see so many of the people in Prague that you've helped out - Viznik, Milena, the Samizdat crew - all banding together in the sewers. And, by the looks of their hidey-hole, [[OffscreenMomentOfAwesome Viznik stole some of the supplies from Richard, his former cult leader.]]
** While in the sewers, you can talk to Milena and whichever of her clients - Irenka or Edward - you helped during her side quest. Seeing them in relative safety and hearing that they plan to help Samizdat actually gets a smile from Adam.

* The first time you visit TF29, you have a mandatory encounter with the branch's quartermaster, [[NiceGirl Aria Argento]]. She expresses [[ShipTease great relief]] at seeing Adam alive and well, then trails off when she starts to talk about her fear that he was badly hurt or even killed during the bombing. Adam's response is a quiet, gentle assurance that he's fine. Considering that almost no one else in the game worries about him as much, and that he tends to brush off their concerns, it's a brief but meaningful moment.

* The first darknet file the player completes in the Breaching minigame is this. The player is briefed on the death of a young girl suffering from cancer who underwent an experimental treatment by Versalife and is contracted by her parents to find out what exactly happened and why the company is refusing to provide any information regarding it to them. [[spoiler:About halfway through the file the player uncovers information that reveals that not only is the girl still alive, but is being held at a secure facility in California. After breaching the security and getting into contact with a mercenary group willing to help the girl is able to be rescued and reunited with her parents. As a bonus the cancer she was suffering from has been neutralized by the treatment she was given and the mercs have agreed to get the entire family to a secure location so they can start a new life.]] Given how cynical the DeusEx series can get its a nice change of pace to see someone get a 100% happy ending for a change.

** Aria also serves as the quest giver for "The Harvester" if you don't stumble on the murder scene on your own. Whether you did or not, you'll get an anxious infolink call from her, worried that it's Adam who's been killed. Her relief on hearing that you're okay is obvious.

It requires jumping through a few hoops, but [[spoiler:Jensen being able to talk down a BrainwashedAndCrazy Daria is quite heartwarming, especially because it's a subtle way to pay back Tai Yong Medical for the experiment and their attempt to get Jensen to cover it up for them]].
