* Richard Harrow [[spoiler:kills Manny Horvitz]] for one reasons: the death of Angela Darmody. He makes clear to Nucky that he considers Jimmy's death to be the loss of a soldier in war. But Angela was innocent and had to be accounted for. It's a reminder that ''someone'' cared for Angela, despite the misery she went through.

* When Rosetti's men take over the Artemis Club, Tommy Darmody is left as a hostage. Richard Harrow ''storms'' the place, a OneManArmy with no care whatsoever to the gang war, the politics, or anything else. Tommy is in danger and Harrow is going to save him, not just because he's Jimmy's son but because Richard has grown to love him.

* Seeing the most human side to Meyer Lansky: he loves Arnold Rothstein like a father. When Rothstein is having gambling problems, Lansky gently tries to help his boss save as much face as he can to the point of requesting Nucky not let Rothstein gamble anymore at the hotel. After another gambler cleans Rothstein out and gives him antisemitic insults, Lansky is so enraged he beats the man savagely in an alley. Despite Rothstein manipulating him and his best friend in Season 3, Lansky idolizes him, calling Rothstein a great man and one he is devoted to.

* [[spoiler:The death of Chalky White. finding Daughter Maitland at last, he sees she has a daughter who he knows is his. Knowing that even if he kills Valentin Narcisse, they'll never be free, Chalky makes a deal with Narcisse to "work for him," in exchange for Narcisse lifting his blacklist of Daughter so she can sing again. Knowing Narcisse is too egotistical not to keep his word, Chalky knows it means his death. He goes to it fearlessly, with one last jibe to Narcisse, secure that he's given Daughter and his own child the future he'll never see, more secure and fulfilled than if he got his revenge. At the end, he closes his eyes and peacefully imagines Daughter singing just before he's gunned down.]]

Added DiffLines:

* Nucky's final ever meeting with Eli is to finally bury the hatchet between them. The brothers sincerely reconcile and Nucky encourages Eli to try to make amends with June before leaving him enough money to live on for the rest of his life. Their final interaction is a tight hug and Nucky calling Eli "little brother."

* In "You'd Be Surprised", Charlie's been summoned by Joe Masseria. Meyer, even knowing Masseria hates Jews, wants to go with him, and warns him not to sit by the window (essentially telling him not to make himself a target).
