*** And Alisa's [[AngerBornOfWorry initial anger]] at Susie isn't from losing the money she loaned her little sister; [[BigSisterInstinct it's from being worried that but from being scared that something ''worse'' could've happened.]]

** Alisa comes into the coffee house while she's performing, is visibly impressed and gives her sister the thumbs up - giving Susie the non verbal signal that she should keep pursuing it.
** Kimi's RousingSpeech comforting Susie. Sure it takes a while to work, but poignant words to not let the con destroy her self esteem.

** One of the earliest examples occurs in "Blind Man's Bluff". Angelica tells Susie her friends don't care about the performance and just care about the free water park tickets she gave them. She starts to believe this when she sees Tommy and Dil at the park despite cancelling [[note]] They really couldn't make it at first, but tried to cheat it to watch Susie sing, but lost Boris before they could tell her. [[/note]]. When no one else shows up due to helping Tommy and Dil, Susie is clearly heartbroken and it affects her performance. Moments later, Angelica shows up to support her and that alone gives Susie her motivation back.

** In the same episode, when Harold hears Angelica has a very serious disease, he pretty much breaks down in front of her; Angelica, for once, realizes how much Harold really cares about her, and actually feels guilty for making him feel this bad, so confesses him it's just a lie, much to his relief.

** As hard as it is to believe, seeing Cynthia again is pretty darn heartwarming if you're a veteran fan of [[WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}} the original series]]. Angelica's feelings of nostalgia could even mirror those of the viewer.

* After Tommy starts grieving over the loss of Rachel for real in "All Broke Up", Chuckie shows up at his house to be at his side in spite of the others being pissed with him due to the previous events, and stays there no matter how inconsolable Tommy is. [[UndyingLoyalty The moment really shows how tight the two friends are]].

At the end, when Savanna tries to move the party back to her place, they all disagree with her and keep the party in the hospital room.

* In the episode "Memoirs of a Finster" at the end when Kimi was doing her family tree. It starts with her giving a detailed report on her family tree. But then, she also adds how [[FamilyOfChoice her father Chaz Finster]] married her mother, making them a new branch of family. Almost like a gesture of apology for her fixation with her family tree, she acknowledges that Chuckie (Japanese or no) is her family too.
