Wrath of the Immortals states the artifact's drain is redirected to the Sphere of Entropy after that campaign quest. What will be the effects of this? Will things become more durable as they are in Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition? Will there be a gradual reduction of chaotic, undead, or there Entropy-alligned creatures? Will certain things refuse to die?
