* One entry in ''The Korunus Bestiary'' has [[OnlySaneWoman Lorayne Thornhallow]] ask a tech-priest why, given that his superiors have declared the planet of Orn to be too dangerous for them to explore, [[FearlessFool he still wants to hire her Rogue Trader to take him there.]]
-->I got a very long reply, mostly in chattering cant, which he claimed mathematically proved the Disciples of Thule were incorrect. I stayed away from him the rest of the voyage.

* The rulebook can get very snarky about critical damage. One of the possible outcomes involves a person's face being horribly disfigured and being permanently blinded. One of the side effects is that a d10 must be rolled to determine the character's new fellowship unless said character already had a fellowship of 10 or lower. Because, to quote the book "Nobody really notices the difference."

* Nothing will bring gameplay to a standstill like the spectacle of watching the enemy fail roll after roll, blowing themselves up with misthrown grenades, misfired guns, and ''[[{{Squick}} their own accidentally primed belts of grenades.]]'' Not having to fire a single shot, or even move from the starting positions, even (in the Rogue Trader's case) ''remain completely unaware of any combat''.

* My Ork Freebooter, has become something of a legend among our group for his hilarious antics. The favourite by far was, at the end of a conversation with an NPC ([[NoodleIncident The entirety of which he'd spent trying to throttle a chicken]]), he asked if he could borrow some change from the NPC. He agreed, and was then unceremoniously ''headbutted'', his teeth collected and an ork tooth left on his unconcious body.
* "I leap over the desk to attack the Inquisitor!" *Roll. EpicFail* "I jump up and fall flat on my face"
* My Seneschal was under attack by enemies with shotguns. What did the most damage to him? Falling into a wall, which took out half of his maximum health.
