** When you finish a battle with him in your party, he sometimes yells out, "NEXT TARGET!" in a deep abrupt tone that barely sounds like him and makes him sound like a Power Ranger who just defeated a monster, which is so jarring that it's hilarious if you aren't expecting it.

* ''Royal'' allows you to take Caroline and Justine to places around Tokyo so they can learn about humanity for Joker's rehabilitation. Just like their siblings [[VideoGame/Persona3 Elizabeth and Theodore]], HilarityEnsues as they try to grasp mundane things literally and with naïveté. It's a ''goldmine'' of funny moments:

** Taking them to the movie theater has them wondering the point of movies, where they conclude that it's a means of escapism. They assume it means Joker is trying to escape, and the twins argue the most effective means of escape: Justine goes with the cliché of digging an escape hole with a spoon, while Caroline believes using a [[NoKillLikeOverkill bazooka]] is the best way to get out. The comment of movies being an escapism tool become HilariousInHindsight, if one played ''VideoGame/PersonaQ2NewCinemaLabyrinth''.

** Immediately afterwards, she notices the tool workbench and asks to try her hand at making some infiltration tools. Lavenza decides to craft a 'secret weapon' as a gift to Joker for reuniting her twin selves, which hits a snag as her dexterity apparently took a hit in the interim. [[NotSoStoic She eventually gets frustrated enough]] that she ''[[OhCrap tries to]] [[DisproportionateRetribution cast Megidolaon]]'' on the bench (which actually would've worked this time if she'd gone through with it!). The delivery of the scene in the localization really jacks it up as Lavenza's dignified tone gives way to anger.

** Lavenza then inquires on Joker's sleeping arrangements, and while sitting on his bed, she ends up ''falling asleep'' right there and then, promptly proceeding to dream out loud about what is blatantly revenge against Yaldabaoth for splitting her soul in two. [[AccidentalInnuendo The end of the dream on her end sounds more at home at a hentai than a Persona game,]] even one as DarkerAndEdgier as ''5''.

** If you've trained at home, Lavenza notes the residual energy on the support beam used, and promptly forces Joker into performing pull-ups while channelling Caroline in a DrillSergeantNasty impression. The same goes for if you have the console, as Lavenza gets a ''little'' too into videogames.

* In ''Royal'', in the deeper parts of Mementos during the Third Term, you get this little gem that's a call back to the previous Persona games and a MemeAcknowledgement all wrapped up in one.

*** With everyone else riding their Personas (Yusuke and Morgana are on Goemon and Zorro's shoulders), Joker tries to get a ride of his own, but Arsène refuses. [[HilariousInHindsight This gets even funnier if you remember what]] [[VideoGame/SuperSmashBrosUltimate Joker's up special]] [[HilariousInHindsight is when Arsene is active]].

* During the second visit to Kaneshiro's Palace, The Phantom Thieves casually discuss Makoto's codename [[CasualDangerDialog while she's fighting a bunch of]] {{Mooks}}.

* A bit of Fridge Funny: Remember that for most of the game, Joker is in the interrogation room, telling Sae about the events that led up to his arrest. This means that if you romance Makoto during your playthrough, part of your time in the interrogation room is spent explaining to Sae how you put the moves on her little sister. [[BigSisterInstinct That must have gone over well.]]

* A bit of FridgeFunny: Remember that for most of the game, Joker is in the interrogation room, telling Sae about the events that led up to his arrest. This means that if you romance Makoto during your playthrough, part of your time in the interrogation room is spent explaining to Sae how you put the moves on her little sister. *** Even funnier is that Ann just laughs it off and playfully teases Ryuji by asking if he's got "a better opinion of [her] now" while grabbing him by the arm, causing him to instantly fall silent and confused by the way Ann turned the subject on him. One possible way to respond to Mishima:

Fox and Skull are easily fooled while the others are unable to resist the temptation and join in. In the end, all nine Thieves-turned mice are trapped in the cage. Oracle can't help but tease them for their predicament while rescuing them, [[HypocriticalHumor despite having picked on Yusuke's perchance for puns in such situations]].

** Dissatisfied with Joker's initial attempt to mimic Christ-on-the-cross, Yusuke suggests a different pose that could be described as "[[Franchise/DarkSouls praise the sun]]" or [[https://megamitensei.fandom.com/wiki/Orobas Orobas]]' pose. At the end of this event, Yusuke uses this same pose to bid Joker farwell, leaving Joker a bit on the spot... then he decides to do the same pose in return; Yusuke is quite pleased.

* The fact that this comic plays up how exhausted Ren would become [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome trying to manage his time the way the player has to]]. Ren spends a lot of the manga tired and sleepy from running himself ragged with his personal life, schoolwork, and Phantom Thievery, and keeps being interrupted by new things coming up.
