[[AC:Series-Wide]]
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/363 A Lot Of Textures (ALOT)]]'': A trio of mods for both the original trilogy and Legendary Edition that enhances all textures.
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/3 A Lot Of Videos (ALOV)]]'': A trio of mods for both the original trilogy and Legendary Edition that upscales all in-game videos to run at 4K 60fps, augmented with faithful in-game remakes, error corrections and other miscellaneous improvements.
* ''Casual Hubs for [[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/574 LE1]] and [[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1025 LE2]]'': Allows Shepard and accompanying squadmates to wear casual clothes on the Citadel, Noveria, Omega and Illium once all combat encounters/missions associated with each hub have been completed. The mods also introduce casual outfits for Garrus, Wrex, Jack, Jacob, Miranda, Mordin, Samara and Zaeed, which are worn in the above hubs in addition to the Normandy.
* ''Femshep Appearance Consistency Project'' ([[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect/mods/178 ME1]] and [[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect2/mods/289 ME2]]): Replaces Female Shepard's default appearance in the first two games with that of her Mass Effect 3 version, ensuring consistency throughout the series.
* ''Mass Effect Recalibrated'' ([[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect/mods/114 ME1]], [[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect2/mods/169 ME2]], [[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/411 ME3]]): Made in the vein of the famous Skyrim Unofficial Patch, this series of mods fix glitches, correct lore inconsistencies and restore DummiedOut content.

* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/666 Saren Stages]]'': Introduces new appearances for Saren during the early stages of the game where he lacks heavy Geth/Reaper implants, allowing him to appear less conspicuous in front of the council during the trial and reflecting his gradual loss of self as he becomes increasingly indoctrinated by Sovereign. Also includes the option to change his default armour outside of combat to a set of Sith-like robes, inspired by early concept art of Saren.
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1172 LE1 Diversification Project]]'': A large-scale immersive overhaul of the first Mass Effect game.
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/832 Pinnacle Station]]'': Originally released as a DLC for the first game of the original trilogy which not included in Legendary Edition due to the lost source code. It was ported and remastered in the same vein as the Legendary Edition and fixing numerous issues.
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1538 Prothean Consistency Mod]]'': Alters Vigil's hologram to match the appearance of protheans and their V.I. holograms as depicted in Mass Effect 3.
[[AC:VideoGame/MassEffect2]]
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/384 Early Recruitment]]'': Reimplements Bioware's originally-intended structure of having almost all Squadmate Recruitment Missions and world hubs unlocked from the get-go, before Xbox 360 disc limitations changed those plans. The mod offers two modules to choose from:
** The Classic module unlocks the Illium Hub and all recruitment missions following Freedom's Progress, with the exception of Tali[[note]]Her mission is unlocked after completing 2 recruitment/loyalty missions, allowing for a realistic amount of time to pass between meeting her on Freedom's Progress and her mission to Haestrom[[/note]] and Legion[[note]]Due to its recruitment being tied to the late-game Derelict Reaper mission[[/note]]. Should Wrex be the leader of Clan Urdnot, the Tuchanka hub can also be visited following Freedom's Progress. All early recruits are fully voiced in most pre-Horizon missions (excluding Horizon itself, with the exception of Tali), using DummiedOut vanilla dialogue recorded prior to Bioware's mission restructure.
** The Legion module is largely identical to Classic, besides one key difference; should the player explore [[spoiler:the Normandy Crash Site (as per Legion's description of the locations it visited while tracking down Shepard)]] prior to the Collector Ship mission, Legion will be encountered just as the player leaves, allowing for his early recruitment alongside the other squadmates. Legion's story and the Derelict Reaper mission have been restructured to account for this alternate recruitment path, while Legion itself is fully voiced (once again, excluding Horizon) using DummiedOut vanilla dialogue like other early recruits.
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1384 Zaeed's Wholesome Revenge]]'': Allowing Zaeed to still exact his revenge on Vido Santiago if the paragon route is chosen. The catch is: Shepard must save the trapped worker and capture Vido in under 6 minutes.
[[AC:VideoGame/MassEffect3]]
* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/66 MEHEM The Mass Effect 3 Happy Ending Mod]]'': Alters the controversial ending by [[spoiler:removing the [[BaseBreakingCharacter Catalyst/Starchild]] and [[CuttingOffTheBranches the non-Destroy options]], allowing the Reaper-enhanced synthetics like [[SparedByTheAdaptation the Geth and EDI to survive]] the death of the Reapers and the Normandy rescues Shepard from the Citadel before the Crucible fires, allowing them to [[EarnYourHappyEnding unambiguously survive and have the happy ending]] many believe they deserve.]] Requires the Extended Cut to run.
** ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect3/mods/265 JohnP's Alternate MEHEM]]'': A simplified version of the above mod that [[spoiler:omits the "Normandy rescuing Shepard" cutscene in favour of using the Extended Cut scene of Shepard breathing amongst the rubble]]. Offers two versions that either retain or omit [[spoiler:the Starchild conversations and the non-Destroy options]].
** ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/323 Audemus' Happy Ending Mod (AHEM)]]'': Spiritual successor of MEHEM for the Legendary Edition release of [=ME3=], with similarities to Version B of [=JohnP's=] Alternate MEHEM. Much like the others, AHEM modifies the ending to [[spoiler: remove the Starchild conversation and allow EDI, the Geth and Shepard to survive the events of the Crucible firing]]. The mod also provides two new Codex entries that explain a modified narrative of how the Crucible [[spoiler:destroys the Reapers and only the Reapers]], inspired by Mass Effect Codex writer Chris Hepler's intended direction for the Crucible. AHEM also ensures that war assets still play a part in the game's conclusion; failing to meet the minimum asset requirement incurs [[spoiler:the low EMS Destroy/"Vaporisation" ending]].

* ''[[https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1018 Citadel Epilogue Mod (CEM)]]'': Restructures of Citadel DLC to be played after the events of Mass Effect 3, allowing it to be experienced as a proper epilogue to both the game and the trilogy as a whole. Additional emails are included to reflect this restructuring of events, with key dialogue and text changes removing any mention of the Reaper War to maintain immersion. The mod also provides the "Ultimate Party" option, allowing the player to experience all calm/rowdy party phases & their accompanying interactions in a single playthrough. Best experienced with AHEM, which includes a patch allowing an immersive transition between the modified ending and epilogue.
