*** The fifth Jail Monarch, [[spoiler:Akane Hasegawa]], is a big Phantom Thieves fan, and her Shadow's costume is essentially Phantom Thieves OC cosplay, complete with OfCorsetsSexy and BareYourMidriff. This would be a lot sexier if said character wasn't a ''middle schooler'' and BrainwashedAndCrazy on top of that. In this case, the AgeInappropriateDress reflects the Monarch's ironically childish desire to look grown-up.

* ''VideoGame/EldenRing'' has the character of Malenia. She's an [[StatuesqueStunner 8-foot-tall]] badass whose beauty is famed in-universe. In the second phase of her boss fight she bursts out of her armor and is left almost entirely in the nude. Nice view for those who can spare the time to look while [[{{Superboss}} desperately trying not to die]], right? [[spoiler:She's been decaying from the Scarlet Rot for decades by the time you find her, and both her breasts and crotch have essentially rotted away by this point, so wrong.]]

* [[DumbMuscle Murray]], dressed as a Geisha, doing a "sexy" dance routine to distract the guards in ''VideoGame/SlyCooperThievesInTime''. Rioichi Cooper is thoroughly perplexed, since the bad guys find this sexy -- although being drunk may have something to do with that. Even worse is the woman he is impersonating, an obese rhinoceros, would have been ''even less appealing''. Later in the game, this concept is revisited, and though Murray tries to get in on the act, he is overruled and it is played as straight fanservice when it's Carmelita's turn to be the [[BellyDancer sexy distraction]]. It's as if the developers were apologizing to the female-inclined players for the aforementioned scene with Murray.

*** When ''Awakening'' and ''Fates'' came in, many of the enemy soldiers of both genders became ''very'' good-looking and as fanservicy as the main characters; the biggest examples are the Pegasus Knights/Dark Fliers/Falcoknights in general, since they're female-only (''Awakening'')/female mostly (''Fates'') classes with {{Breast Plate}}s and other such tropes. However, these games brought up the [[OurZombiesAreDifferent Risen and Faceless]] Undead enemies; as a result, many of these enemies have rather cute-looking features... alongside [[RedEyesTakeWarning glowing red eyes]] and [[BodyHorror purple-black skin]], and make [[HellisThatNoise horribly disturbing zombie roars]] whenever they get hit.

*** The standard portraits and battle models of the Witches includes several fetishes: BuxomBeautyStandard, NavelDeepNeckline, etc. And as said below, [[spoiler:Rinea]]'s own Witch model/portraits have her [[FullFrontalAssault naked]]. Bad thing, these beautiful women are little more than {{empty shell}}s sharing ''many'' traits with the above mentioned Risen and Faceless: [[RedEyesTakeWarning glowing red eyes]], [[BodyHorror purple-black skin]], etc. And even worse, the process to become a Witch involves a DealWithTheDevil [[spoiler:and in some cases, a HumanSacrifice. And many of them didn't become Witches ''willingly''...]]

*** When you drop through the "chimney" atop Knight Academy, you have the option of peeking into the Bath... at the fat old Headmaster. [[BrainBleach Too bad Luv & Bertie don't sell bleach...]]

* ''VideoGame/{{Palworld}} has the {{mon}} Lovander. It's a PsychoPink anthro salamander with an intentionally sexualized design that is deep in the UncannyValley and it's all but explictly stated to be a serial rapist.

** Painwheel seems to be the logical conclusion. She wears a revealing UsefulNotes/{{Qipao}} and would likely be a very cute AnimeChineseGirl in any other game. But this is ''Skullgirls'', so literally every other feature about her screams NightmareFuel. She's a "walking" ([[BodyHorror for lack of a better word]]) experiment who has a giant blade attached to her spine which is ripped out of her body, spikes that were forced inside of her which she shoots out at the opponent in a very gory fashion, and on top of all that her overall appearance is akin to that of a zombie with a mask, covered in scars, growling at the things she doesn't want to kill and howling with rage at the things she does.

** ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolid2'':

* [[AxeCrazy Bloody Mary's]] true form from ''VideoGame/TheWolfAmongUs''. Bloody Mary appears as an attractive, CuteAndPsycho woman, who's very [[EvilIsSexy visually appealing]]. However, it turns out that her attractive form is used as a guise to blend in among the humans. Her true form looks like [[spoiler:a decaying zombie with blood dripping out of her eyes, hissing like a demon, with mirror shards sticking out of her back]]. Not helped by her partially torn tank top.

** ''VideoGame/Persona5Strikers'': Alice Hiiragi is Monarch of the Shibuya Jail, a fashion designer with [[AliceAllusion an Alice in Wonderland motif]] who uses the Metaverse to steal men's desires and turn them into {{Loony Fan}}s of hers. Her Shadow dresses in a Wonderland-inspired {{Burlesque}} outfit, but it loses some of the appeal when she [[OneWingedAngel turns into]] [[HairRaisingHare Mad Rabbit Alice]], a monstrous Playboy bunny wearing a fake tail with fangs and the words "Eat Me" written on it, whose face looks like [[FacialHorror stitched-on fabric]] in the shape of a SlasherSmile.

* In ''VideoGame/ShadowsOfTheDamned'', whenever [[DistressedDamsel Paula]] shows up, she's usually half-naked. Unfortunately, she also spends most of the game getting brutally killed and resurrected by the BigBad.

* ''VideoGame/SpookysHouseOfJumpScares'' has [[OurMermaidsAreDifferent Specimen 13]], who appears as an attractive woman wearing only a sheet around her waist. Like everything else in the house, though, she will try to kill you, this time using similar mechanics to the water monster in ''VideoGame/AmnesiaTheDarkDescent''. Her death screen also shows that she has a pretty face, but a second later it [[NightmareFace distorts horrifically]]. Like the rest of the Specimens, she too has a horrible backstory: The logs in her area reveal that she likes to eat whales [[BodyHorror from the inside]], but she doesn't mind luring humans out into the water to drown them. [[SirensAreMermaids She's a siren, after all.]]

** [[spoiler:[[ImmortalityImmorality Claude]]]]'s battle sprite makes it apparent that they're an attractive individual who leaves their shirt open, exposing their upper chest. They're also a sick [[TheSociopath psychopath]] [[spoiler:and an implied [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rapist]]]].

* ''VideoGame/{{Blazblue}}'':

* In ''VideoGame/OctopathTravelerII'', [[OneBadMother Mother's]] battle sprite shows that she has an enormous pair of breasts that are almost as big as her head. However, she's also a very fat and ugly woman who makes unnerving facial expressions when she attacks, and she also happens to be Throné's ''extremely'' [[AbusiveParents abusive parental figure]].
