Daybreak Game Company is an American video game developer and publisher. It was founded in 1998 as Sony Online Entertainment, the online division for Sony Interactive Entertainment. In 2015, SOE was sold to Inception Acquisitions and renamed Daybreak Game Company. In 2020, Inception sold Daybreak to Swedish holding company Enad Global 7.
