Goetia has outright shown up and told all of Chaldea that "Ending this timeline is a mercy" on Billy's arrival before doing his thing and crashing the Loop, and The Witcher's Gaunter O'Dimm has been mentioned as making sure to get him creatively killed every single time he shows up.
