Notably, the fight with Lucas uses Gallade instead, meaning Froslass is exclusive to Dawn. Unfortunately, she can't use Rapidash since Barry is already associated with it.
** Entering the Hall of Fame ten times gives her a team that's nearly identical to the one she has in [[Anime/PokemonTheSeriesDiamondAndPearl the anime]], so long as you picked Turtwig (barring the fact that Anime!Dawn's Pokémon are mostly not fully evolved). * MythologyGag: In ''Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl'' if the player chose Turtwig, her post-League team will be strikingly similar to her anime one, having Mamoswine, Togekiss, Typhlosion (evolved form of her anime counterpart's Quilava), Lopunny (her anime's Buneary evolved form) and Empoleon (her anime's Piplup final evolution stage); the only difference is that Pachirisu is swapped out for a Bellossom.

* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: He has a Golbat in his first fight, which evolves into Crobat later. The fact that Golbat only evolves through happiness implies that Cyrus seems to care about his Pokémon, or at least does not mistreat them.

** They also contrast to the Galaxy Team in terms of the player encountering the mascot legendary. The Galaxy Team send the player on a mission to not only pursue Kamado in Hall of Origin, but also encountering Dialga/Palkia in Mission 17 and Palkia/Dialga in Mission 18 in order to stop the space-time dimension anomalies. On the other hand, Team Galactic does it in the opposite way, where Cyrus uses a Red Chain to restrain the mascot legendary by capturing the Lake Guardians and forcing it to use it to destroy the entire universe and make it anew.

* EvilCounterpart: As of ''VideoGame/PokemonLegendsArceus'', Team Galactic is this to the Galaxy Team. Both are organizations who bear the same name and the team's logo (albeit in Galaxy Team's case it is a fusion of Team Galactic's logo and the kanji 銀), but unlike Galaxy Team who are a force of good in Hisui who actively help anyone in need including the player, Team Galactic are a force of evil in Sinnoh who want to cause harm and destruction by fulfilling Cyrus' goal of remaking the entire universe to his own image.
