When Yukiteru found him after killing Mao and Kosaka, Akise was guarding the unconscious Kamado. As she was awake and running away from Yukiteru while his friends were stopping him just in the previous chapter, Akise must have been the one who caught her and knocked her out, as nobody else could have done that. And he almost certainly did that with an intention of letting Yukiteru kill her or even kiling her himself, as he already stated that he wanted Yukiteru to be god.
