Restoring some of the Bowman tropes


The owner of the ''Freedom Ledger'' and a powerful voice in Freedom City's media during the GoldenAge, Fletcher Beaumont found himself targeted for assassination by the Freedom Mob after he refused to ignore their illegal activities. Beaumont, who was attended a masked ball in a Myth/RobinHood costume at the time, fended off his assailaints and later took to the streets as "The Bowman", eventually recruiting a young orphan named Timothy Quinn to serve as his sidekick, Arrow I. He became one of the primary financiers of the Liberty League, retiring in the 50s and passing on his identity to Tim Quinn.
