* NoSell: Envisioned cannot be eliminated non-lethally, and are also immune to drop assassinations, sliding attacks and stealth attacks. Envisioned are also highly resistant to fire and electricity, and cannot be staggered with a parry.

* NoSell: Like their big brothers, Effigies cannot be eliminated non-lethally. However, unlike Envisioned, Effigies are still vulnerable to normal lethal tactics, like stealth attacks or counters.

* {{Seers}}: Capable of having visions of potential future events. In her case, she's been having visions of the impending end of the Outsider, which she ironically fears will [[GodIsDead rob the Abbey of its purpose]].

* CantKillYouStillNeedYou: The contract for killing every member of the Abbey within the Conservatory makes an exception for Cardoza -- With him, you're expected to knock him out and strap him into one of his torture chairs in the basement, so that the client can have the pleasure of dealing with him personally.
* ColdBloodedTorture: His experiment in "curing" the captured witches involves exposing them to [[AntiMagic the Abbey's music boxes]], which cause [[BrownNote physical]] [[BloodFromTheMouth harm]] to those touched by the Void, even after the witches under Ashworth lost their powers. By the time Billie enters the conservatory, every witch has died from this treatment save for a shell-shocked survivor still in the holding cell.

* KnightTemplar: Has no qualms with torturing people to death on suspicion of witchcraft.

* {{Teleportation}}: They can teleport in the same fashion as the Outsider himself.

* RockMonster: They resemble misshapen humanoid figures made entirely of void stone. Compared to the Envisioned, Effigies are a brown-ish color, have regular-ish human legs, and lack a discernible face.

* MookCarryover: Many witches from Breanna Ashworth's cabal, {{DePower}}ed by the sabotage of the Oraculum, have fallen in with the Eyeless. They consider the cult's lower rungs to be a bunch of superstitious posers, but without their magic they're little better than the street thugs.

* RedemptionEqualsDeath: Cienfuegos attempted to redeem himself by giving sensitive Eyeless information to the Overseers. Michaels responded by having him brutally murdered.

* KarmaHoudini: If Billie doesn't kill Michaels, she receives no comeuppance. Well, no ''onscreen'' comeuppance. A lot of literature you can find in and around the bank indicates that it's trading heavily on its reputation for impregnability. Once Billie breaks into the vault, that reputation is dust and Michaels herself is the face of her company. She's also managed to mislay a sacred relic, and the rest of her cult isn't known for its forgiving demeanor. [[UncertainDoom It's safe to assume Michaels is about to have a very rough time of things.]]

* EvilMakesYouUgly: Constant exposure to the Void has caused their flesh to slowly crystallize into the same black slate found in the abyss. Supposedly, this gradual transformation ends with them becoming [[RockMonster Envisioned]].

* TheUnfettered: Members of the cult are expected to sever all ties to their former lives, including family, wealth and personal possessions, and spend the rest of their lives at Shindaerey Peak. Any hesitation or regret is grounds for execution. Their EstablishingCharacterMoment sees a pair of cultists killing one of their number for treating rats as pets, and expressing fear at the thought of becoming Envisioned.

* FourEyesZeroSoul: Ivan Jacobi wears glasses but he's a member of the Eyeless and a soulless psychopath who loves sanguine infusions, i.e [[spoiler:draining the blood of poor people via a pump and then having that blood mainlined via needles just for the sick high. He murdered Eleuterio Cienfuegos and kept a flask of his blood for a later infusion]].

* MadArtist: Having fallen into a creative rut and [[TradeYourPassionForGlory grown disillusioned with his own fame]], Shan joined the Eyeless in the hope of finding new inspiration in the occult, and eventually rose to a leadership position. He's particularly fascinated by the idea that people can glimpse the Void while at death's door (and he's already grown tired of the "borrowed death" of [[spoiler:sanguine infusions]]).

The innermost circle of the Eyeless, the Cult of the Outsider is a monastic cabal of void worshippers residing within Shindaerey Peak.
