A young woman tormented by the abuse and torture done to her. When she becomes activated as a Slayer she suffers visions from past and current Slayers, flees the hospital she is kept at and tries to make sense of what's done to her.

* AnArmAndALeg: When she thinks Spike was who tortured her she drugs him and cuts off his hands with a bonesaw as retaliation.
* AntiVillain: Picture Elsa of ''Disney/{{Frozen}}.'' Okay, maybe not ''quite'' that soft but much of her villainous traits are due to first believing Spike was who tortured her, then down to doing exactly what any Slayer would have done.
* AxCrazy: First the torture, then having to relive what other Slayers had gone through sends Dana off the deep end.

* FightingFromTheInside: Dana reveals that she thinks Spike is the one who tortured her, as well as believing she is Nikki Wood and the Chinese Slayer he killed. He eventually is able to reason that he did nothing to her, but because he did kill two Slayers that doesn't stop her.
* GirlWithPsychoWeapon: She nicks a bonesaw while fleeing the hospital and we are left to guess whether she uses it in self defense, not that Dana needs it, but it's only shown used on Spike.
* GoodIsNotNice: Okay, Spike and Angel were evil. Dana doesn't care that they have a soul now, or who she has to hurt or kill to get at them. Whether Andrew and the Slayers he brought to help her have better luck is LeftHanging.

* ItSucksToBeTheChosenOne: Having the memories of slain Slayers forced upon an already tortured mind makes it a small miracle Dana held it together as well as she had.
* ManySpiritsInsideOfOne: Dana is already crazy because of the torture she went through. Now that she relives the previous Slayers as well she resembles a psychotic Faith.

* NightmareFuelColoringBook: Dana painting on the walls of the hospital ward, trying to make sense of what's happened to her.

* PastLifeMemories: Dana relives what every Slayer went through, quickly twigs who Spike is, at the cost of losing her sanity and when worked up actually believing she is, say, Nikki.
