* The end of the season premiere "Chuck Versus the First Date" has a villainous example from FULCRUM. The cypher that Team Bartowski spent the episode trying to take back from FULCRUM has finally been delivered to the government, allowing their new Intersect to become operational. CIA Director Langston Graham, who had earlier ordered Chuck's death for knowing too much, accompanies his chosen agents into the Intersect to upload the information into their heads. Midway through the upload, however, the Intersect's images begin turning to static as the cypher taken from FULCRUM turns out to be a Trojan Horse. Graham has just enough time to make a silent OhCrap expression after a message appears onscreen seconds before he, his agents and the new Intersect are blown to smithereens by the cypher.
