** Mr. Freeze is the only man in the movie to NoSell Poison Ivy's love dust. Not only does he show no effect but he then correctly identifies what it is and what it does and then recognizes what she's up to and yanks the diamonds off her without touching her, avoiding her poisonous affections.

Ivy seems to succeed in seducing Robin while they're alone and kisses him, but Robin reveals he was wearing a rubber lip, allowing him to survive Ivy's kiss and ruining her JustBetweenYouAndMe. It also means Robin was just playing around pretending to be the love-struck fool Ivy thought he was, and actually managed to [[BeatThemAtTheirOwnGame beat her at her own game]] by romantically manipulating her and pretending to love her [[ATasteOfTheirOwnMedicine the same way she pretended to love him]]. He refused Ivy's offer of a kiss until she revealed her plan to him first, showing much better self-control than he previously did even as the beautiful woman is throwing herself at him, and managed to [[TakeThatKiss steal a kiss]] from his [[DatingCatWoman crush]] [[TestKiss without risk]] to [[SecretTestOfCharacter see if she loved him]] like she claimed or was trying to kill him like Batman thought; and being able to kiss Poison Ivy without being poisoned is something many fans would wish for.
