The CPU also can't differentiate between turnbuckle ropes (which it can lift you and hurl you onto) and fixed railings (which it can't use for any lift attacks), meaning your opponent will sometimes pick you up, walk you over to a railing, and then just stand there like a moron in front of it while you have all the time you need to escape from the hold.
