Ill Girl has been merged into Delicate And Sickly per TRS (there's not enough information in this entry to tell if it fits there)

* IllGirl: Alitta from the Netherlands arc, though it's a temporary illness rather than a life-threatening one. Unfortunately, she's a famous stage actress and thus she needs her IdenticalStranger Lunlun to be her temporary BodyDouble...
** Also Lucero, the little girl from the OrphanageOfLove, who's blind.
** There's a third one in Switzerland: Anna, who's confined to a wheelchair [[DontYouDarePityMe and refuses to go out since she hates how people look down on her]].

* CircusBrat: Sophia from the Norway arc.arc is a girl who's been raised by her FortuneTeller mother in a circus.
* ClothesMakeTheSuperman: The clothes that Lunlun gets via her TransformationTrinket are imbued with magic that temporarily give her amazing skills.

* TransformationTrinket: Lunlun is gifted with a magical pin that can change her outfit to suit whichever task is at hand. She activates it by pointing it at a nearby flower, which in turn emits magical rays that transform her clothes... and then she gains the abilities that the people wearing said clothes would have. I.e., when Lunlun needs to climb a mountain, she "asks" the flowers for a climber outfit and once she'a suited up she temporarily adquires the skills of a professional climber.
