Well, this is an improvement over the normal series. For one, Ethan doesn't appear. For another, it's shorter, so I have to waste less time. But it's still CAD, so it sucks.
So, the short starts with a Red Knight running, with some of the worst animation I've seen, even by this cartoon's standards. He walks up to a Blue mage, and then asks to be healed. Wait, he seems clean? Would it be so hard to put some markings on him, like blood or something? So, the Mage doesn't respond, and the Knight is killed. Wait a minute.... I presume this is meant to be an MMORPG. Wouldn't there be more players in the group at this time?
The Blue player is revealed to have gotten a snack. The Red Player comes to his house, kills him with an axe, and then computer. 1. Random Violence isn't funny. 2. If you're gonna be violent, at least be well animated. Poorly animated violence isn't shocking.
So, the next skit is Chef Brian. He says some nonsense, then a carrot comes out of his hat like a rocket. Here's a tip. Surreal Humor is more then just nonsense and random events happening.
The next skit is probably the worst. Two anthro PS Ps are at a bar. A DS comes nearby, and they call her fat. She goes to the (poorly drawn) bathroom, and starts puking. Great, bulimia jokes. The PS Ps see that she's become skinny, and are interested. Wait, wouldn't it take more time to lose weight? Not only is this skit disgusting, it doesn't make sense, given that it seems to take place in a few hours.
The Last skit is pretty short. It involves a man taking a game from a shelf, only to be crushed by a weight. Or you could just use glass? Given the Abbygate incident, Buckley shouldn't be so judgmental about thieves.
We see some more problems here. Random events and violence are not funny. Shock humor by itself is not funny. The animation ruins the impact of physical comedy.
