Egwene is now able to observe people’s dreams, and most interestingly Aviendha has been dreaming of a giant Rand chasing her. The Aiel move out of the city with Rand making the fountains functional as he leaves, and Moiraine considers how her own trip here involved looking into the future, which she is now worried enough about to swear that oath to him.
Obviously we’re now supposed to be wondering if Moiraine saw her own death, but I’m going to say no. The wording is clearly designed so Jordan had plenty of wiggle room when the reveal comes, so it’s not going to be the most obvious thing. More intriguing is Aviendha’s dream, where my best guess is she’s worried about having become attracted to Rand herself. And I hope that’s not it, as that would be a troublingly sexist, and dare I say, Moffat-esque, development.
