Egwene goes into the dream world to find her way around Tanchico before they go there for real, and manages to do it without the ring. We also find out that Joiya and Amico each had one of the stolen artifacts, which also send you into the dream world. She has a hard time just looking around, as any stray thoughts send her somewhere else, but this does get the attention of Amys, an Aiel Wise Woman who is quite interested in a new Aes Sedai who can get here. She tells Egwene where to come to find her in the real world for further training, but that’s when Nynaeve and Elayne wake her up.
A lot of new stuff about the dream world, which we’ll apparently be spending a lot of time in. And I hope we eventually get an actual battle there, with everyone flying around and changing each other’s clothes and such. Amys is a promising new character, but then I thought that of Zarine in her first appearance, so hopefully this one will go better.
