Cutscene Power To The Max

Your scripted 1% critical will not save you, Bauker. Here, let a real Armor Knight show you how it's done.

Eirika takes refuge in the nearby house for that bit of extra avoid, Seth remaining in his starting position. She counterkills the axefighter for...1 Skill. Really? Sacred Stones characters, you better start remembering your overpowered growth rates soon.

Gilliam and Franz show up, and fortunately I have drafted both. They team up on the nearby soldier while Eirika doubles the second axefighter, taking an unfortunate hit.

Franz counterkills a soldier, then he and Gilliam team up on the axefighter while Eirika switches his weapon to a lance, talks to him for the fun of it, and...doesn't heal, because apparently I can't do stuff after talking like I was getting used to from Path of Radiance. Whoops. Good thing she's not in range.

Franz counterkills the last soldier for HP, Strength, Speed, and Luck. On second thought Gilliam and the boss barely scratch each other, so we'll have Eirika and her Rapier heal and sit in front of him. Reinforcements appear so Franz rides over to the fort even though they wouldn't reach us in time. EXP FOR THE EXPERIENCE GOD! Seth has nothing better to do but chat with Franz.

Franz slaughters the new arrivals for one Strength (grr...) while Eirika unfortunately misses one of her hits on the boss, dragging the battle out another turn. This time I don't risk her life because she couldn't seize after attacking anyway. She gains HP, Strength, and Luck from counterkilling and finishes the map.

6 turns, 9 total.

Was that an Unforgotten Realms reference in the first line?

Doubtful since I'd never heard of it. Out of curiousity what was the reference?

"Let me show you how a real Paladin fights!" It's not exactly perfect but it was the first thing that came to mind.
