Ugh. Neimi is only barely too weak to ORKO the Fighters with an Iron Bow, so she spends most of those turns getting them down to low health with a Short Bow hoping for a critical. Gerik gives Tethys his Steel Blade and the pair flee towards Ephraim who is holding the northwest corner with Neimi and Natasha.
Ross crosses the river and begins his assault while Cormag gets into position to attack the Sleep staff Troubadour. With no one falling asleep, Cormag knocks her out, earning an Energy Ring. Ross fights off everything that is coming his way on the middle ring. Cormag attacks Selena (who has an attack speed of 2 at the moment) with a Killer Lance, hoping for a critical that never comes. She gets a severe hit with Elfire, but he gets a kill with the counter attack.
By the time Gerik and Tethys have made it, the Soldiers and Cavaliers are not far behind. When they do arrive, it is absolute chaos, with Tethys dying in the confusion, taking the Goddess Icon with her. Even worse, more come from the south. Ephraim and Neimi are trying to keep up with the onslaught and Natasha is doing her best to not get killed by everything.
Cormag doesn't fare very well, he gets a few key kills and visits the eastern village for a Talisman. Ross is taking a lot of damage but he pulls through. Eventually, all that's left are a couple of pirates which Cormag takes care of.
