This got to be a nightmare. Trying to fly Ephraim up either took just as long as going on foot or ended up with Cormag getting killed.
Neimi, Natasha, and Cormag would stay to hold the boat while Ross and Ephraim rushed north towards town. Cormag charged the other boat with an Axereaver while Neimi received the Cavaliers with her Short Bow. Once the Fighters and Pirates had been taken down, Neimi and Natasha abandoned ship and fought from the docks as reinforcements were coming in from the south.
Ephraim and Ross pushed their way through the many enemies until they hit town, bolting towards the boss. Many of the enemies suicided against Ephraim, including a Shaman who dropped a Guiding Ring. Now that the path was clear, Ross charged towards the boss and dealt a critical and regular hit to weaken the Cyclops. It suicided against Ross on the next turn.
