Before the battle, Natasha was given an Energy Ring and Neimi was promoted to Ranger.
Eirika rushed to the west to take on the few reinforcements that would spawn from the forts, while Ross knocked out the southern Archers and Neimi and Natasha fought off the initial assault. Things were scary until Ross came back to support them, and once all of the Knights, Soldiers, and Rangers were down, Neimi killed the Ballista user from the fort. She was swarmed by Cavaliers who couldn't hit her while Ross and Natasha focused on trashing everyone else.
At the end of the Enemy's Turn 5, Cormag appeared. Eirika advanced towards him and then recruited him on Turn 6. At the same time, Natasha and Neimi were picking off Cavaliers so that Ross could have a clear shot of Aias. The boss was ORKO'd by Ross's Hammer, netting him a Knight's Crest.
