The girls have gotten on a ship too, and enjoy the whole crew being eager to please supposed Aes Sedai while we see that Cairhien is stuck it complete war. Egwene tries to work out the meaning of her dreams, and has gotten as far as a Gray Man being after Mat when the boat hits a wreck, and Nynaeve pushes them into heading for a village held by Andor on foot. And soon afterward a “figure” jumps in front of them as they discuss bandits, and given the use of that term I’m guessing it’s a woman, who’s going to help them.
With the move back to Egwene’s viewpoint, we get another chapter that’s just setting up their new situation, though the focus on Egwene’s dreams gives plenty of foreshadowing that I won’t even attempt to figure out. And now that Perrin has Zarine, I’m guessing the person at the end is another new major character.
