...Suddenly, I really wish archers had at least 6 movement.

This chapter is gonna be long, because if we want any chance at recruiting Matthis, we're gonna need to walk all the way around an enormous mountain.

Chapter 3 - Abducted Princess: Finished.

Base: No special talks, so just the obligatory status update one and the available characters based one. How's Everyone led to Warren gaining a +2 boost to speed and luck for the chapter, which is fairly convenient.

Marth: Stayed out of the range of all foes, visited the villages to receive a bridge key and recruit Bord and Julian, and finally seized once the boss and his men were slain.

Palla: Slew the thief that would have tried to destroy the village that Julian was in, and then flew towards the party, heading around the mountain to avoid the few dracoknights in the area north of the party starting point. She was forced to slay a cavalier who attacked her, but avoided killing the other one so that the party could benefit. She also lured out the draco's waiting around the mountain bend, so that the party could defeat them and gain their spoils.

Party: Waited near the start for a while to allow Ryan to lure out some dracoknights for Warren to kill. Once the four near the start were dealt with, the party began the long trek around the mountain. The journey was uneventful outside of a lone cavalier that they took out with ease, and a group of dracoknights that Palla lured out for them to shoot down. Once they reach the northernmost bridge, they begin crossing, Ryan leading due to his great defenses, and soon they've lured out the first pair of cavaliers and dealt with them. Once they fall, Julian walks forward to lure out and recruit Matthis, and then the party charges forward and puts an end to the remaining foes.

Rucke: Faced down the whole party, since his high defenses required a concentrated effort to take down. Gordin dealt the most damage, but his defeat fell to Warren, who Rucke happened to attack when he was low enough on health to be finished off.

Levels: Everyone is level 10, and going strong.

Afterwards: Minerva isn't in the castle (because Michalis took her away earlier), and Lang comes to give us our next assignment. He tells us that Ogma has rescued kidnapped the two Grustian royals, and demands we take them back. Marth is outraged at this, and when Lang prepares to tell him off again, Lyra steps in and tells Lang she's had just about enough of his shit. Marth apologizes for Lyra's outburst, but notes that he agrees wholeheartedly, and as Lang threatens to report Marth's actions to the emperor, Jagen steps up and tells Lang that, even though he is too old to battle, he will still utterly wreck Lang's shit. We then decide to help Ogma, and so comes the next chapter.

Up Next: We take a quick detour on the way to Ogma's rescue in order to save Wrys from a group of assassins!
