...Well now I just feel like an asshole.

I sacrificed two innocent people to be immolated by the boss, and just waited for all of the enemies to slaughter all of the prisoners in their cell. Man, fuck this games Gaiden chapter requirements, seriously.

Chapter 12 - Ageless Palace: Finished.

Base: Mostly involved reequipping the party with more weapons, and then working out who will be coming since I'm gonna have to kill a few people and fit in Julian for doors and treasures.

Jeorge & Jake: Had to sit this one out to make room for Merric, Lena, and Julian. Jake isn't too damning though, since he only has a partially used Arrowspate for now, and I'm gonna need to buy him something a bit more effective.

The Archanean Prisoners: They all were sadly killed, though it took a while, so I just had to wait and watch.

Marth: Standard fare.

Julian: Sacked the place, getting a Master Seal (used by Ogma), a large Bullion (money~), an Arms Scroll (more money~), Silver sword (even more money~), and a Dragonpike (I'm sure you all know what this means). He heads over to pick up the last treasure after giving the Master Seal to Ogma, and finds a pair of Boots in the chest (not sure who'll use it, but they are nice to have). He then sells all of his otherwise useless loot.

Wolf & Sedgar: Took out the thieves who started near the castle entrance, and then waited behind to hold off the reinforcements that struck from the castle entrance, enjoying all of the easy experience. Then they just sort of chilled at the entrance, since there wasn't much to do by the time they had finished.

Everyone Else: Fought off the first group of knights, and then just waited for the prisoners to die, letting some of the more aggressive enemies come to them in the meantime. This included Heimler, a tense looking fellow with a rather poor looking mustache who was kind enough to deliver a Master Seal to Norne. She promotes, and soon the party carries on, though Norne follows Julian into the treasure room to protect him from an unscrupulous fellow who is guarding the treasures. Gordin, being the sturdiest party member after the generals, leads the group and lures out foes for the others to finish off.

Volzhin: Has some issues killing the two sacrifices, but after he finishes, Barst curtly plants a pair of arrows into his eyes.

Afterwards: Nyna reclaims her throne, and grants Marth the first and most relevant Regalia to my interests, the Parthia. I also don't get chapter 12x, since I forgot to sacrifice someone to make room for Jake. Whoops, but hey, at least this means there will be slightly less of a paradox come New Mystery, I suppose, since Horace will still be alive.

Levels: Gordin 1+; Norne 1+; Ogma 1+, his promotion bonuses were garbage, but at least he has some sweet movement now; Barst 19; Navarre 19; Wolf 9+; Sedgar 10+.

Up Next: Wooden Cavalry, one of the more challenging levels in the game, though I don't think it'll be too much trouble, since the team has proven pretty solid so far.

The promotions are coming!

Also, you let Tomas die? Kinda surprising considering Bow Run, but with reclassing...yeah you don't need him. I think he sucks anyway.

Yeah, and it'll be glorious.

And as for Tomas, I sadly had to let him die. As things stand, I still need to kill one more person even without him, and I won't be able include anyone else lest I need to resort to killing other people. Plus, my party is basically fully made right now, and all that is needed is promotions and access to more ballistae for Jake (I'm probably gonna have to recruit and then sacrifice Beck for his Thunderbolt, as things stand). And also, he's kinda bad, yeah.
