That plot consisting of making him waste his sword on Muarim, whom Laura would then heal, and then having Jill fly over and hammer him in the face once his sword was gone. Also, class changed Jill with Bonus experience in the Base.
Chapter 7-1 - A Gathering Hope: Finished.
Laura: Followed behind Aran until they reached the top of the northern hallway and opened the main exit. Then she stuck with Jill until they had broken through into Djurs little area, where she hopped between Aran and Jill, healing them whenever they got hurt. Once all of the normal foes were done with, Laura spent 30 or so turns healing Muarim as he got blasted by Djur, until Djurs sword ran out.
Aran: Headed north, where he busted heads as Laura followed behind him, healing him anytime someone with an axe happened to be able to hurt him for some minuscule amount of damage. He stabbed his way through the foes until they had opened the main exit for the escapees, and then took a backseat to Jill as she fought the majority of the remaining foes to bridge the level gap between the two. Once they had broken through into the final area, Aran took the liberty of saving the final prisoners while Jill cleared up the rest of the attacking forces.
Jill: Headed east towards where Tormod and pals would show up, hammering in the skulls of a few armored knights on her way there. After stopping to say hello to her old friends, she flew in and surprised the armor knights guarding the southern staircase, taking them down effortlessly and then fighting off the more challenging foes who came rushing in. She met up with Laura and Aran after she fought through all of the foes, and got her fairly heavy wounds healed before going off to fight the remaining guards. After she busted through into Djurs area, she began dispatching all of the guards while Aran saved the remaining prisoners. After that, Muarim and Laura used up Djurs sword, and Jill pounded his now completely unarmed face in.
Sothe: Recruited Tormod, and then opened the cells holding all of the prisoners.
Djur: Slashed away at Muarim, completely ignorant that he was wasting his strikes, and suffering for it when his sword broke and Jill beat into his bones just who rules this land.
