Preparation: Entering Serenes Forest

So, as I mentioned earlier, I'm going to be putting up the current levels and stats and other such things for my party members, since this seems like a good point to do so.

Ike: level 20 Ranger - Skills: None

  • 40 hp, 17 str, 8 mag, 19 skill, 16 spd, 9 luck, 12 def, 8 res.

Comments: He seems to be doing pretty well right now, aside from his decidedly low defense and resilience. His luck is also pretty low, so he's liable to eat a crit at a bad time, so there is also that. He is still pretty viable in combat, and he will be ready to take the lead in battle after this chapter is done.

Soren: level 10 Sage - Skills: Adept, Vantage

  • 32 hp, 9 str, 28 mag, 22 skill, 23 spd, 13 luck, 12 def, 27 res.

Comments: An absolute demon on the battlefield, his magic, skill and speed are all enormous, and Adept and Vantage are a terrifying skill combo which makes him ever more dangerous. His strength, luck, and defense are fairly high by his standards, and hopefully they will get a bit better, though his hp is still pretty low regardless.

Mist: level 3 Valkyrie - Skills: Sol

  • 30 hp, 16 str, 24 mag, 15 skill, 25 spd, 18 luck, 13 def, 17 res.

Comments: She is an odd one, stat wise. She's as fast as Stefan, but her skill is only 15 (and that's after a secret book), her strength is a decent 16, so long as it keeps increasing, her magic is a nice 24 for healing, and her luck, defense and resilience are all good, meaning she has some good survivability. Her hp is low, but that should pick up with more level ups.

Mordecai: level 11 Tiger - Skills: Counter, Smite

  • 54 hp, 29 str, 2 mag, 16 skill, 17 spd, 14 luck, 19 def, 9 res (note: transformed stats)

Comments: All around pretty good, he is very strong, decently fast, and fairly skillful, so he doesn't have much trouble taking down just about any kind of foe. His enormous hp and decent defense mean he can tank physical attacks, his luck mitigates his chance of getting critted, while his low resilience leaves him vulnerable to mages of all types.

Jill: level 3 Wyvern Lord - Skills: Stun

  • 36 hp, 23 str, 5 mag, 20 skill, 19 spd, 12 luck, 21 def, 9 res.

Comments: She started off shaky, and with really low speed, but it picked up, and now she is a winged juggernaut with great strength and defense, good skill and speed, passable luck and hp, and fairly low resilience being her main weakness.

Stefan: level 9 Swordmaster - Skills: Astra

  • 39 hp, 20 str, 9 mag, 27 skill, 25 spd, 8 luck, 12 def, 9 res.

Comments: The last member of our party, the Lion Man Stefan, has gratuitously overkilled skill for his level, great speed, enough strength to smash any unarmored foe, and a healthy amount of hp and defense which should let him survive for a decent amount of time. His terrible luck means he is very likely to get smacked with a critical though and means even with his great speed, he still gets hit a lot, and his resilience makes him vulnerable to mages, which means ranged ones will be targeting him more often than not.

Hope this gives you guys some perspective on my team, and I hope you enjoy Day Breaks once it's up!
