Gosh damnit this tunnel in annoying. Having to rely on timed items (technically more like step count related than timed, but still) while wandering around aimlessly is NOT my idea of fun. So here's an unlisted video guide to help you out:

Granted, the camera angle slips a bit, but you should still be able to tell where you need to go. I was too lazy to make a jpeg, so I went with filming the in-game map on my 3D LED TV. Sorry about that :(
