Archane look the mystery machine for a second and reason it might be a mind control machine. That means that means it can't be the Octofather as he is know ESP user. It's not surprising to heard that gangster members are waiting up next to the brain of one of their favorite animals. Recently, Octofather modified a trick from "The Godfather" movie. One of his gangster turned stool pigeon worked up beside a horse's brain. Not wanting to waiting up with a spider's brain beside in bed, Archane decide to read the Octofather's letter.
Archane read the following in a bad Italian accent similar to what the news reporters use when Octofather want to get a message across,, "Dear Archane. Thank you for recovering part of the "Outfit". The thugs were mind control by one of Dr. Dark's technology gadget. Not waiting an "American" to have the same ability – he decide to hunt by a rival plot that almost got his plan while flying over Africa – Carter Cassidy. Tracking him done was not hard – but Pulsar was surprised to see that Cater Cassidy become the Troll. Together, Pulsar and Troll wreck T.U.B into a pile of junk, burned the American copy of Russian's Project Pulsar and stolen all the gold, sliver and jewels hidden in the building. Steve woke up in a hospital looking like kind of cyborg from a horror movie. Learning that his company was bankrupted and his brain wrecked beyond human repair – Steve vow to pay the world back. After being free from a hospital, he become Dr. Dark, a cyborg super-villain. I have no clue where Dr. Dark is hiding. So as Athena might said, "Good luck, my little spider." Mind your Ps and Qs, The Octofather."
Archane said, "I don't know if that's mind reading or catching up on my history. Well, it's time to see if I can find Dr. Dark."
