It's seems that Dimitri had a grandpa — who make a fortune looting undersea wreck. His grandpa's luck run out when he cross path with a Black Spot Pete, a pirate, ......who stole grandpa's treasure and his lucky diving suit. Dimitri growing up in Germany, heard about those stories from his grandpa and dreamed of one digging up the suit.
Sly was pleased with this — they would get a frogman out of the deal.
