And thus our epic battle began. Ren lead with Aya like she always would while I sent out Cirno.
"This'll be easy. Cirno, Ice Ball!"
Cirno rolls up a ball of Ice and throws it full force at Aya. Aya (surprisingly) doesn't have enough time to react and is knocked out instantly.
"As expected from Rai. Alright then Nitori, go!"
Nitori is a water type, so I guess Sanae is up next!
"Sanae, Magical Leaf!"
Another direct hit, but Nitori's still not down yet, it strikes back with a Spark attack. It hits Sanae head on but she takes it, the problem is it caused her to be paralyzed.
"Not yet, Sanae, another Magical Leaf!"
Okay, two down three to go. Ren sends out Marisa.
"I should, try to get a Mirror Coat to reflect Marisa's attacks. She'll probably try a special attack and I could cause massive damage. "
"Marisa, Thunderbolt."
"My bet was right. I just hope Sanae can take the hit."
Sadly it doesn't work and Sanae is KO'd.
"Cirno, your turn again! Ice Beam!"
"That's not enough to stop Marisa Rai. Thunderbolt!"
Tch, Cirno's down too. Marisa got really strong since our last encounter. Guess I'll have to use Yamame.
"Go! Yamame, use Dig."
Yamame burrows into the ground (wait aren't we on the second floor?) and Marisa can only wait and see where she'll pop up.
"Okay now! "
Yamame gets in a hit from right under Marisa's feet, knocking her out.
"Well that's out of the way. Yamame return."
"Nice battle, Rai. We're even now. Patchouli."
"Alright then. Utsuho!"
Patchouli is a special tank so I should resort to physical attacks.
"Utsuho, Wing Attack!" Patchouli is down by half her health. "Okay one more time!"
"No you don't. Bubblebeam!"
"No Utusho! So your Patchouli knows different element attacks. I guess your up now Reimu!"
The fight is easily won by Reimu and Ren's last Touhou Momiji is also taken down in a single hit.
"Why can't I ever beat you Rai. Ah well, now I'm feeling better, Youmu, I hope you saw that fight we just had right now. I'm sure we could have had an awesome battle with you there."
"Yeah, Youmu. You're lucky you had a great trainer like Ren. We'll beat Team Rocket, for you."
"So where are you going to now Rai?"
"I'll probably go looking for Fuji and catching other Touhou in the above floors."
"I wouldn't do that I hear there are ghosts there."
"I'm not scared of any ghosts. Okay bye."
"Hmm, ghosts. They're just a myth anyway. Hmm, is that music I hear? This sound it's so strange. Why's it so cold all of a sudden?"
A chill went up my spine. N-no way, it couldn't be an actual ghost.
"Go away. How dare you...disturb my slumber!"
Next thing you know I'm running out of the door screaming at the top of my lungs.
"I told you so." Says Ren with a smug smile on her face.
Two updates in one day. I'm on a roll!
Next time: Rai fights a mech! Not really.
