Almost done. Like last time, I'll be making a few educated guesses for when certain routes have certain endings. Did I mention last time that I think Kaede is the default ending, with all the others requiring a certain amount of points? Because I do. That said though, I also think Kaede has points as well, due to seeing her CGs not being automatic so long as they don't clash with others'.

Moving on though. I'll start by checking the routes most likely to hit Nerine & Lisianthus in 100XXXXX0, and if they're both Kaede (As I'm expecting, based off 001XXXXX0) I'll move straight on to 101XXXXXX.

100100000 - Kaede (While hoping for Nerine)

100111000 - Kaede (Admittedly, it's not much different from the above; it's as if I was aiming for "Not Kaede, Nerine or Primula", without specifically aiming for Asa.)

But yeah. I shall now count all of 100XXXXXX as being the same as 001XXXXXX.

101000000 - Nerine

101000001 - Nerine (If I recall, XXX1XXXXX and XXXX00XXX both lock out Primula's ending, so from here on I'll take that assumption.)

101000010 - Nerine

101000011 - Nerine*

101000100 - Nerine

101000101 - Nerine*

101000110 - Nerine

101000111 - Nerine*

101001000 - Kaede

101001001 - Primula (From here on, the only expected Primula endings I'll be checking are those which directly follow a non-Kaede ending. Until I get used to Nerine, of course.)

101001010 - Kaede

101001011 - Primula*

101001100 - Kaede* (Really, the change in choice here only makes Kaede more likely.)

101001101 - Primula*

101001110 - Kaede*

101001111 - Primula*

101010000 - Kaede

101010001 - Primula*

101010010 - Kaede

101010011 - Primula*

101010100 - Kaede* (I think I've got this figured out, but there're just a couple more this I'll need to do to confirm.)

101010101 - Primula*

101010110 - Kaede*

101010111 - Primula*

101011000 - Kaede (Alrighty then. I'm now pretty much certain that I know how this works. Time to add it all together.)

Lisianthus - 26 (5%)

Nerine - 16 (3%)

Kaede - 362 (71%)

Asa - 16 (3%)

Primula - 92 (18%)

While it may seem odd that these numbers say that Lisianthus is around 1⅓ more likely than Nerine, one must take into account that Lisianthus' key questions have 2, 4 & 2 choices respectively, while Nerine has 2, 4 & (effectively) 4 respectively, making her less likely. I'll go into more detail about this soon. That Nerine is just as likely as Asa (assuming random choices made) actually surprised me though. (And whether or not Primula's route has been unlocked is actually irrelevant, so Nerine has the same likelihood even for a new reader)

One of the benefits to have done this all in binary is that it makes it really easy to see patterns. I'll demonstrate with Asa's results:

011010000

011010001

011010010

011010011

011110000

011110001

011110011

111010000

111010001

111010010

111010011

111110000

111110001

111110010

111110011

Do you see the pattern? They're all X11X100XX, or "Somebody else", "Maybe I should mention Asa?", and "Go home with a friend", with none of the other choices mattering at all.

Considering that Nerine & Lisianthus are also short, I'll test theirs too. Nerine first.

101000000

101000001

101000010

101000011

101000100

101000101

101000111

101100000

101100001

101100010

101100011

101100100

101100101

101100110

101100111

Similar to Asa, this is simply 101X00XXX, or "Ask about Nerine", "Nerine", and "I guess I'm free".

Lisianthus is slightly more complicated though:

000000000

000000001

000000100

000000101

000001000

000001100

000010000

000010100

000011000

000011100

000100000

000100001

000100100

000100101

000101000

000101001

000101100

000101101

000110000

000110001

000110100

000110101

000111000

000111001

000111100

000111101

This can be split up into a number of parts: 000000X0X, 0000??X00, and 0001XXX0X. Which is to say, 000XXXX0X when it is not also XXX0??XX1. The ?? refers to all three of the choices when Kaede is teaching Primula how to cook (It's not "all four of the choices" because 00 in that spot is covered by helping Nerine with the garbage). 000XXXX0X consists of the choices "Ask about Sia", "Lisianthus", and "Look around a little longer".

As for Primula though, I'll just put it simply and say that it's the afore-mentioned XXX0??XX1. I could list them all as I just did for Asa, Nerine & Lisianthus, but the conclusion isn't interesting enough to be worth the clutter. XXX0??XX1 consists of the choices "Take her in", "Actually I've got something to do", and "Take this opportunity to do something with Primula".

Finally, Kaede is the ending hit whenever you don't hit one of the others'. I think it's best summarized as X????????, where every single one of those question marks is very conditional regarding which other choices had been picked.

Aaaand... that's all I can think of that I wanted to do. Sorry if it got a bit boring toward the end there, but if anybody has any suggestions as to anything else they wanted to know about Shuffle, I'm sure I could help. As for my plans now though, that's to get the VN Kanon patched, which has nothing to do with Shuffle. :P

Yeah, she's a bit much. You can be sure I got tired of seeing the first few scenes of her route.

I'll look into it.

.

...A fix to the above though:

As for Primula though, I'll just put it simply and say that it's the afore-mentioned XXX 0??XX 1. I could list them all as I just did for Asa, Nerine & Lisianthus, but the conclusion isn't interesting enough to be worth the clutter.

should be

As for Primula though, I'll just put it simply and say that it's the afore-mentioned XXX 0??XX 1 whenever it is not also X 11 X 100 XX. I could list them all as I just did for Asa, Nerine & Lisianthus, but the conclusion isn't interesting enough to be worth the clutter.

I had forgotten to specify that Primula's routes don't apply if you aim for Asa.

I have no idea why this bumped to the top of the LB list, but I'm not complaining. >_>
