Konata asks Kagami about "that usual thing", but Kagami suggests that she do it herself, but if she doesn't understand something, she'll teach her. Konata asks while Kagami is munching Pocky and reading, then again while she's munching onigiri and playing a video game. When she asks again, Kagami asks if she really intends to think.

At home, Yui comes for a visit, so Konata asks her to teach her a certain bit, so Yui looks at it... and sweatdrops, before telling her not to rely on others all the time.

Konata struggles with her homework, finding that there are so many parts to it that she doesn't understand. Yui advises putting down answers that seem right, explaining that the point of homework is to be turned in. Konata thinks that makes her earlier line seem superficial.
rewinding time, passing time
Hiiragi-san tells his twin daughters to make sure they clean their rooms during vacation. While cleaning, she finds her 9th grade math textbook and graduation album. Tsukasa finds an album, too. They start looking at it.
Several hours later, their dad comes back and notices that they seem to be having fun, and asks if the cleaning is coming further.

Kagami relates what happened to Konata. Konata notes that it happens when you find an old magazine. She then asks where Tsukasa is. Kagami says Tsukasa hardly throws anything away, so it takes a while. Konata has that image of her, but has the image of Kagami throwing everything away. Kagami asks why it's so aggressive.
the miniature garden of memories
Kagami relates the part about the textbooks. Konata is surprised she kept them. Kagami asks if she doesn't have things like that. Konata left them behind with her memories. Kagami thinks you should take them home, and not cause trouble to the school.
live on a groove
Tsukasa shows up, saying she's done. She says she keeps things even when she thinks she'll never use them again because she remembers when she did use them. Konata says she seems to want to keep anythingf and everything. Kagami remarks that Konata might even throw away something she needs.
