Prologue: Welcomes and information
Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!
The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

I'd be down with you going right into New Mystery, though a gimmick run like this might not be as fun.
A question on the here and now though, are you planning on eventually killing off Minerva and Maria, or will you just keep them on the bench like other plot important units like Sheeda, Hardin, etc?

I was going to suggest that, but I couldn't think of a polite, non-entitled way to put it. I'd love for you to cover New Mystery. Maybe you could tell us the best My Unit combination? I'd be really interested in that. Also, the general strategies, since this is shaping up to be a really tough sequel.

Off-topic, but is the "Levin Sword" a reference to FE 4?

@Otherarrow: I plan on letting them live, though that means I'm probably gonna need to kill off Lena and Merric, since I'm running out of non plot important people who are also on the bench. Worst case scenario, I may need to sacrifice these two, though I hope it doesn't come to that.
@Doctrain: Yeah, if I were to continue into New Mystery (which, since there seems like a decent amount of support, seems likely), I'd probably need to be more detailed in the strategies, since even up to where I am (chapter 7), there has been a fair amount of challenge so far. As for My Unit, it'll probably be a bit different each time, since there doesn't seem to be a "best" combination, although there are obviously better ones for certain classes and such.
@Montago: I think it is, although why the thunder spewing sword references Levin, I don't know. I'd assume it's just there as a random little call back, like the Gant's Lance and the like in FE 6.

The Levin Sword is the localization of the Thunder Sword, and the shout out to Levn is probably a coincidence (but who knows). Remember, Levn was more associated with Wind than Thunder.

Oh, so it was just called the Thunder Sword in Japan? Makes sense, and actually Levin's association with wind was what confused me, since that seemed like a random reference.
