Prologue: Welcomes and information

Hello, all who are currently reading this! This is the opening page of what will be the storage place for all my liveblogs of the Fire Emblem series of games. In here, I will be updating chapter by chapter as I play through the games and hopefully make those updates as fun to read as possible!

The next page will be a Table of Contents, since this will eventually get fairly large, and it will make categorizing which games are being covered in which liveblog installments much easier.

Continue forth onto the next page, and hopefully enjoy your time reading!

Time For Backstory: This is basically just elaboration of what was said this chapter, but hey. In case it wasn't obvious, the distant land Galle went to was Akaneia, and Loptous was an Earth Dragon. The Loptous possessed Galle returned and formed the Lopto Empire, as stated, with each ruler of the empire being the vessel of Loptous and being referred to as "Emperor Galle". I mentioned before that Maira was siblings with "one of the" Emperor Galles? Yeah, I was referring to that.

Naga's appearance as a human female just seemed kinda "huh, yeah OK" at the time, but the DS remakes of Marth's games imply and Awakening outright shows that Naga is actually female.

One more thing, while I am on the subject of Naga: According to lore, Naga and Heim ended up in a position similar to what Levn is in now...

...and yeah, good luck trying to take on Yurius without Yuria. It's possible, but very hard.

Oh, I was actually unaware of that. That's really cool! I also didn't know Loptous possessed Galle, I thought he just did that to other descendants since they weren't powerful enough to handle it or something. I forgot about the "one of the Emperor Galles" thing actually, but that's pretty cool.

I figured Narga appearing as a human female was meant to hint towards Julia, but Shadow Dragon did bring in Nagi (although I don't remember mention of Narga). I'm super hyped for Awakening, and the expansion on series lore is most definitely one of those reasons.

What would that situation Levin is in now be? That he has to take a back seat to the action while others fight the war?

And as for Julius, I'm aware of how insanely broken he (or rather, his tome) is, and also how hard he is to beat without Narga. I'll take a whack at beating him without Narga, but if that proves too difficult and people start nearing death or getting killed, I will definitely just have Julia blast him.

Oh, another question, do ring effects stack? Like, if I were to give someone two magic rings or something, would they get +10 magic instead of +5? Or can people not where two of the same rings?

As for rings, I honestly don't know. Sorry. Did you notice ring effects stack for Celice when he had both of his rings?

As for Levn, no, not that. The mention was basically talking about something that doesn't get revealed until later in the final chapter. You've probably noticed that I've done previous stupid attempts at foreshadowing before, sorry.

As for Nagi/Naga, the connection wasn't explicitly stated, but it was implied. For example, if you use Nagi against Medeus, he refers to her as a dragon who was also revived and seems to be familiar with her...

Drat. Ah well, I'll just do some experiments then. As for Serlis, he was full health when he got his second Renewal ring, and then he pawned it off to Altenna, so I'm not sure if they stack.

Ah okay, and no issue on the foreshadowing bit.

Oh? I've never used Nagi before so all I know is from what I've read. That sounds fairly interesting though, so I might look it up.
