3	** The Pointy Heads, especially when Apex states that they have all the yellow Pac Worlders (except for Pac, of course). When the show first began, it was hinted that Betrayus and his army were responsible for killing off the yellow Pac Worlders, then Pacinator states someone hired him to eliminate the yellow Pac Worlders, though Apex could have been indirectly claiming responsibility for hiring him.
4	** The all-powerful Supreme Overlords in "Cosmic Contest" claim to have been disturbed from a "space nap supreme" by a battle royale that took place between the Pac Worlders, the ghosts, and the Pointy Heads. They appear with absolutely no prior establishment and are never heard from again (despite verbally alluding to the possibility of Pac being able to challenge them one day).
5	* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic:
6	** For some action-packed scenes, a [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJURPfHJxGE remix of Pac-Man's Park]] from ''Pac-Mania'' plays[[note]]Oftentimes mistaken for being completely original to the show[[/note]] - and it is awesome.
7	** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Rhn6xJTfS8 Japanese opening]] - "PAC THIS WORLD!!!", is considered better than the English opening in every conceivable way, from fitting the series better to being way more catchy (in a non-obnoxious way). It helps especially that it's by frickin' ''Music/{{Hyadain}}!''
8	* BrokenBase: Either the show deserved to be cancelled, or it should've kept going or [[LeftHanging at least been given a proper finale]].
9	* CultClassic: It wasn't really a popular show to begin with, but it still managed to obtain fans nonetheless who enjoy the characters, Saturday morning cartoon + SliceOfLife anime pastiche humor and bizarrely dark lore.

11	* HilariousInHindsight: One episode introduces a ghost named Specter, who is charismatic, calm, and ''very'' crafty. [[VideoGame/ApeEscape Sound familiar?]]
12	* JerksAreWorseThanVillains: Skeebo tends to be viewed in this regard. Sure, [[BigBad Lord]] [[{{Pyromaniac}} Betrayus]] is the dictator of the Netherworld who in life plunged Pac-World into [[WorldWarWhatever global war]] that ended with Pac being the LastOfHisKind, Dr. Buttocks is an EvilGenius who isn't even above working behind Betrayus' back to [[TheStarscream further his own goals]], and Apex is an alien who [[NearVillainVictory nearly won]] in a few attempts to invade Pac-World. Skeebo, however, constantly bullies Pac, is an UngratefulBastard whenever Pac saves his butt, and is prone to talking big only to embarrass himself immediately afterward. While the villains tended to have some charm and humor to balance out their nefariousness, Skeebo is just a two-dimensional bully with no charm or depth to him whatsoever.
13	* [[HoYay Les Yay]]: Cylindria's fangirling over Spheria in "Pac-Pong Fever" was a little over the top.

16	** The Pac is Back![[labelnote:Explanation]]In June 2022 (curiously not long after the aforementioned nerd Pac's rise as a gif), a mild resurgence of the fandom occurred after a Twitter post of the show's intro claimed [[https://twitter.com/SomeKirbyFan/status/1532708240219332608 "this is the worst opening of all time"]], with the phrase "the Pac is back" becoming especially notorious. The latter phrase's widespread use became ''very'' HilariousInHindsight when Bandai Namco soon [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4V-4C0mfdWo revealed a full remake of]] ''VideoGame/PacManWorld'' that would be coming within a mere two months -- and that therefore Pac really ''was'' back.[[/labelnote]]

18	** "Is Zit You Or Is Zit Me" features Pac-Man's grotesque pimples, that only get worse as the episode goes on. (Not to mention when he lets out a horrendous fart on poor Spiral and Cylindria when they attempt to bring him down.)
19	** There's also Pac-Man's tendency to eat anything (one of many, many, MANY [[ShoutOut Shout-Outs]] to the [[MythologyGag classic games]]). There are moments where he eats stuff like flowers and pet kibble[[note]]Another shout out, since Jr. Pac-Man (from his game) ate stuff such as bicycles, kites, and drums, etc.[[/note]], but then you have moments where he eats eyeballs[[note]]Even though he couldn't in previous incarnations[[/note]], slime, and regurgitated food. And then there's the time he eats the Ghosteroid...[[JabbaTableManners rather messily]]. The Ghost Gang, even Pinky, are appropriately disgusted at the sight.

21	** The redesigns for Pac-Man and the ghosts are not actually original to ''Ghostly Adventures'', they have been used since ''VideoGame/PacManParty'' back in 2010 (though the cartoon gives Pac-Man fingers and teeth, unlike the game).
22	** This isn't the first time Pac-Man is depicted with pupils, teeth or fingers. The [[WesternAnimation/PacMan cartoon]] by Creator/HannaBarbera also depicted him with all of these back in the 80s.

30	* WhatDoYouMeanItsForKids: The backstory gets really dark, with a Pac-World War in which the yellow Pac-people suffered a genocide and whose losing side was systematically rounded up, turned into ghosts, and sent to a [[PhantomZone Netherworld]] which is basically an expy of Hell.

35	* AntiClimaxBoss: The final boss of the first game, as all you have to do to beat him is just stand on platforms so that his laser will reflect off them and hit him.
36	* BrokenBase: Either you like the games for their more slower-paced, methodical, exploration-based gameplay, or you hate them for not being the Pac-Man World games. May overlap with FandomRivalry as well.
37	* ItsTheSameNowItSucks: A common complaint among critics was that the second game didn’t really change anything from the first, with some even saying it felt more like an expansion pack than a sequel.
38	* TheProblemWithLicensedGames: The 3DS version of the original is a mediocre sidescroller. Arguably the only noteworthy thing about it is that it's where Pac-Man's hover ability that would later be introduced to ''VideoGame/PacManWorld'' ''[[VideoGameRemake RePac]]'' originated.
39	* SoOkayItsAverage: While not ''bad'', the console titles are generally regarded as being just “ok”, mostly for being simplistic design-wise, as well as not really doing anything that really made them stood out.
